My Experience

Hi! I’m a friendly, experienced, and passionate childcare provider and tutor with a strong background in both practical care and academic support. I’ve grown up around children my whole life—I’m an auntie to 12—and I’ve always been the go-to person for support, guidance, and a listening ear.

I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care and achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Child Development, reflecting both my academic strengths and genuine interest in child welfare, learning, and psychology. I’m also available for tutoring in Child Development and Health & Social Care, whether it’s GCSE-level support, assignment help, or general study guidance.

I have:
• A valid enhanced DBS check
• Hands-on experience in a primary school and an SEN (Special Educational Needs) school
• Daily experience living with and supporting a disabled child at home

I’m confident working with children of all abilities and needs, and I understand how to adapt my approach to suit different learning styles and personalities. I believe that encouragement, consistency, and kindness go a long way—whether I’m helping a child tie their shoelaces, build confidence socially, or prepare for an exam.

My Qualifications

Level 3 Extended diploma in Health and Social care, alongside extensive experience with SEN children through working in an SEN school.
I am also fully DBS checked.

My Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification has given me a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and supporting individual needs. It’s helped me build practical skills in communication, empathy, and creating safe, nurturing environments—essential for providing high-quality, responsive childcare across a range of ages and abilities
