My Experience

I have over 12 years of experience working with children and young people from 6 months to 18 years. I currently work in a secondary school with a sixth form as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), specialising in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support. I’m also a qualified Child Wellbeing Practitioner, delivering both 1:1 and group interventions.

Before this, I worked in early years settings as a Nursery Nurse, Room Manager, Third in Charge, and Deputy Manager, giving me hands-on experience supporting babies and toddlers in their most important developmental stages. I’ve also worked in EYFS classrooms as a Teaching Assistant and spent time as an Assistant Practitioner within a Health Visiting Team, supporting families and promoting child wellbeing from a healthcare perspective.

This wide range of experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of child development, behaviour, and emotional needs across all ages.

• Undergraduate Diploma in Children’s Wellbeing Practice – Level 6
• Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Level 3 Playwork
• Level 3 Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
• Level 2 Counselling Skills
• Paediatric First Aid trained
• Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
• Fully trained in Safeguarding, Prevent, and SEND Awareness

I regularly update my training and CPD to ensure I’m offering the highest standard of care and emotional support to the children and families I work with.

My Availability

Weekdays: Available from 5pm onwards
Weekends: Flexible availability throughout the day and evening
School Holidays: More flexible, including daytime hours

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.00 per hour

• £11 per hour (minimum booking: 2 hours)
• Flat rate of £15 for bookings under 2 hours
• After 10pm: £13 per hour
• Weekend and school holiday rates are flexible depending on time and duration
