Hi, I’m Rebecca ~ I’m 33, a mum to a 6-year-old, and someone who genuinely enjoys supporting other families. I have a current DBS and hands-on experience looking after children of various ages.
As a mother myself, I understand first-hand the overwhelm that can come with juggling motherhood without a village ~ and I feel passionate about being that support for others now that I have the space to be able to do so.
Right now, I’m available during before school / school hours in term time, and for the right family, I’m open to caring for another child alongside my daughter during after school / school holidays.
I’m also happy to help out with light housekeeping, dog walks, or general day-to-day support, as long as we’ve discussed things in advance.
We’re an outdoorsy family ~ we love walking, exploring, and sea dips. I’m a big animal lover, I enjoy a good book, artistic outlets, visiting museums, galleries & value meaningful conversations.

My Experience
I currently have an up to date fully enhanced DBS check, I am a mum, myself with hands-on experience caring for children, both as a parent and through a nursery setting. I also supported families with childcare while travelling in New Zealand, helping with routines, play, and general day-to-day care.
I’m based centrally in Cornwall, which means I’m happy to travel to surrounding areas including Newquay, St Ives, Falmouth, Truro, and nearby villages. I’m flexible with location and open to working with families across mid and west Cornwall, depending on timings and travel arrangements.
