Hi, Im Caitlyn! I am a friendly, bubbly, nurturing, reliable, trust worthy person. I have worked in childcare for 4 years and I love it. I am an adventurous person and love being outdoors and getting stuck in with the children.

My Experience
I have got 4 years experience within a nursery and I hold my SVQ 3 in Social Services, children and young people. I have worked with a wide range of children including those with additional support needs. I have been a key worker for children with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome and have worked closely with families to provide High Quality Care and Interactions. Within my time at the nursery I have predominantly been in the 3-5 room however I have experience working with children across all age groups from 6 months old - 5 years. I have a younger sibling who is 13 years old and have helped to care for and look after them since they were young.
I have good knowledge of the EatWell Guide and regularly do snack for the children in nursery, making healthy and nutritional meals and snacks for the children, getting them involved where possible.
I am first aid trained and have done extra training courses with Fife Council in things such as ‘Nature Kindergarten’, ‘Food Hygiene’, ‘Delivering a Quality Curriculum’ and ‘Child Protection’. I am a member of the SSSC and the PVG scheme.
