Rota Governess/Nanny – London + European Travel

3 or 4 Weeks On | Fluent Russian & English (Native or C2 Level)

We’re looking for a kind, proactive, and experienced Governess/Nanny to join our family and support the care and development of a happy, curious toddler. This is a rota position — either 3 or 4 weeks on, followed by the same time off — and includes frequent travel, mostly within Europe.

This is a child-focused role in a fully staffed household (cook, housekeeper, etc.) — there are no cleaning or cooking duties. We’re looking for someone warm, confident, and energetic, who can create a fun, nurturing, and structured environment.

What We're Looking For:
Fluent Russian and English — native or C2 level is essential
Please do not apply unless you meet this language requirement — it is non-negotiable.
A qualification in Education, Childcare, Psychology, or Montessori
If you don’t hold formal qualifications, you may still apply if you have a strong, long-term career as a professional governess/nanny.
Confident in supporting early childhood development
Familiar with or inspired by Montessori principles
Active, outdoorsy, creative, and genuinely enjoys time with young children
Has the right to work in the UK
