About Me
Hi, I am an Ofsted Registered childminder, with a grading of good and I also have a level 3 qualification in childcare. At my home setting I offer and fun professional place where the children are kept happy and safe. I offer childcare for all ages catering for Early years and also care for school children. I follow the EYFS and provide day to day resources to help the children with their growth and development. I am able to offer funded places for children ages 9 months and up.
I offer a homely setting where I live with my 12 year old daughter, Polly and our kitten, Muffin.
I have experience working in pre schools and nurseries within the area as well as spending several years working as a children’s entertainer, performing magic and balloon animals at parties. I have also gained experience with children who have special educational needs and disabilities.
During our normal day, the children are regularly taken out and as we are so lucky to live in Berkhamsted that we have many choices of excursions we go on. We also attend the local playgroups near where we live. I offer a healthy menu where I provide freshly prepared meals.

10 years experience working as an Ofsted Registered childminder. I have worked caring for children between the ages of 5 months and 8 years of age.
Experience caring for a variety of children with different aspects of special needs and learning difficulties and ensuring their care and needs are met.
I have worked at Berkhamsted Day school as a nursery officer. I was there for 2 years working with 5 month old babies and toddlers.
I also helped with the after school club club, looking after children, aged upto 7 years of age.
Experience managing the local Sunday School and teaching children between 3 and 11.
2 years working as a nursery practitioner in a pre school looking after children between 2 and 5. I also cared for children with special needs and learning difficulties.
7 years working as a children’s entertainer entertaining children between the ages of 2 and 8.

I offer funded places for 9 months, 2 years working and 3-4 year olds. I also accepted Tax free childcare and voucher payments.
