About Me
I am an OFSTED rated GOOD and PACEY registered childminder who offers a fun and stimulating environment for children of all ages. I am mum to my gorgeous girl, aged 18 and adventurous little boy aged 5. I have been childminding for 18 years.
We enjoy a huge range of varied, child initiated, fun activities as well as offering a huge range of EYFS focused games for children of all ages.
100% of learning is offered through play and participation. Life experiences in all areas are promoted through a range of outlets in line with government guidelines as set out in the "Early Years Foundation Stage"
I am a Herts Accredited childminder and can offer places for children of all ages (0-16) and FEE spaces for children aged 9 months plus, entitled to 15 or 30 hours of government funding.
I work very closely with The Local Family Centres and previously sat on their advisory board for a number of years.
I have full and part time registered assistants working in my setting to further enhance the experiences of the children I care for and enable me to offer more flexible childcare options.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder for 18 years now and have seen many families grow through school and move on from my setting. I have many, many letters of thanks and recommendations available to view at request as well as some available on online platforms.

I am currently placing people to start in January 2025. I have immediate spaces available for funded hours, occasional childcare and before and after school.

I have a littlen who is on the autism spectrum so naturally I was very cautious with who I chose but I am over the moon with every aspect of T's Tots!
Theresa and family are amazing and the progression my child has made has been incredible. Theresa has taken time out of her own personal schedule to look into ways of providing care suited to my child and I honestly cannot thank her enough!
100% would recommend any day, so sad when the time comes for the next stage and we have to say goodbye!

Theresa provided amazing childcare for my son when I returned to work after Mat leave, so friendly, supportive and caring. My son at the time was dairy intolerant and it was no problem at all, I went to work knowing my son was in amazing hands, my childminder turned into my friend! I couldn’t recommend enough! My son was very happy there for 2.5 years, such a lovely environment and he learned so much, felt like an extended family which is incredible.

My eldest has been attending T's Tots for over 2 years and my youngest has just started. I chose T's because of the friendly and professional set up, they have a very safe, dedicated space for the children both indoors and outdoors. Theresa and Jade have a great personal approach and really care about the kids. Our eldest has learnt lots and made friends, and I'm sure our youngest will love it there too.

We are really pleased with the care offered by Theresa to our daughter (3) and son (18 months). Both my daughter and son started with her when they were about 1 years old. My daughter is not an easy toddler and Theresa has been very supportive. She spend a lot of time talking to me and her. We are working together to help her to feel calmer and behave better at home. She cares about every little one under her care and the kids love her. In the morning they are excited to go to Theresa and no teras at the door. I would not hesitate to recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a childminder for their child.

Our son has been attending Ts Tots since he started reception, he is now in year 6. From the start he has been made to feel like one of the family and loves his time with Theresa and Jade. As parents we have every faith in Theresa, knowing that our son will be safe, cared for and well looked after, as well as having lots of fun in a happy family environment. During the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic Theresa has really gone the extra mile to ensure her setting is clean, safe and Covid secure, and kept parents fully up to date with all the steps she is taking in that regard.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend T’sTots, we are all going to miss Theresa when our son moves up to secondary school.
