I was very worried our (rather difficult 9mo) little girl would struggle to settle anywhere - but the moment she met Shakira she was all smiles! We instantly felt at home with her and her family environment, and knew we could trust her to look after our little one. She (the baby!) flaps with excitement every time we get near to her house, which is a large upstairs flat with lots of outside space (with homegrown veggies!) and millions of toys. She naps brilliantly there and is always in a good mood when we go to collect her. Shakira sends little videos and photos so I can see how much fun she's having.
