Hello, my name is Carly I am 38 years old and I live in Giltbrook Nottingham. I have 15 years experience in childcare, ranging from ages Birth- 8 years and above. My qualifications are NVQ Level 3 Early Years Care and Practice and Diploma Level 3 in Childcare and Education. I have a Paediatric 1st aid certificate, trained in safeguarding and have my own car of which I also have a full clean driving licence and business insurance. I am CRB checked through OFSTED&fully Ofsted registered. I had my daughter in 2014 who is currently 10 and in full time school and I had my little boy in December 2022 and he's currently 2 years old. My childminding service of Kiddiewinkles has been up and running since October 2012. I also cover emergency care, the odd occasion and School Holidays. So please get in contact for further information. I tend to not work school holidays but can help out if required but I don't work bank holidays. I love being a Mummy to my 2 children. I have a great personality, outgoing, like to have fun, mature, very responsible and take everything in my stride. I like the outdoors come rain or shine. I enjoy messy activities and don't mind getting my hands dirty. I love baking and making anything creative, I enjoy taking part in fun activities outside of work. I am an enthusiastic person who always has a smile on her face and enjoys helping and teaching children the world we live in. I will be an asset to your family and I take pride and enjoy my work. My Experience
I have been a Nanny to a family of 4 children ranging from 9 months to 8 years old when I first started. I have also done babysitting and school collections. I have worked with children from Birth to 10 years old at the moment. Im educated and qualified to NVQ Level 3 standard.
I have been a Childminder for nearly 12 years now and I was working out of my friends house in Heanor. I then started my own business from home after my 1st Maternity leave. In the previous setting I cared for babies, toddlers and school age children. I was a private Nanny for 6 months after my 1st Maternity leave but I was ready to come back into the job I love.
I love to look after babies from newborn to toddler age and showing the world we live in and helping grow to the best that they can be.

My Availability
My hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4.30pm. Anything else can be negotiated if you require different hours.
I am available for full time, part time emergency cover and odd occasions.
I am available just term time, maybe school holidays or both.
I am available for permanant and temporary positions.
I take 4 weeks a year holiday.
Bank holidays to be paid full fee if your usual childcare day is on that day.
My holidays and your holidays are half fee, unless less than 4 weeks notice is given therefore will be full fee.
If your child is ill and unable to attend or cannot be accepted due to other children's health,this will be full fees.
I do require payments a month in advance.
48 hour sickness policy is fully functional within this setting.
In practice for Covid 19, no indoor visits are possible but outdoor visits are permitted.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
Childminding is charged at £6.50 an hour including snacks, lunch and tea and some outings. This can be dependent on how many children. Please take into account that being OFSTED registered means Childcare vouchers and tax free childcare and UC can all be used to help with the costs. All this can be discussed when we meet up.
I offer funded hours for 2,3 and 4 year olds.

Carly is a very friendly, caring and competent childminder / babysitter. She had an instant rapport with my son and I feel totally secure in leaving him with her. She is excellent at engaging with children, and at the same time understands how they think and is able to be disciplined with them too, which is great. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
