About Me
Hello there, I'm Lisa and care for children in our family home in Ashmore Park, Wednesfield.
I live with our 4 boys and husband.
I'm Ofsted registered with up to date Enhanced CRB for myself and family.
We have large rooms for play and 2 dedicated play rooms and garden for use by the children.
Myself and existing minded children provide a welcoming, stimulating and friendly environment for all children to feel safe and have FUN!!
We regularly visit local parks, shops, library, playgroups. indoor play centres, messy play and events. I attend meet ups with other childminders in the area to give the children opportunities to explore different resources, environments and interact with other children, developing their social skills.
At our home we have a range of educational toys and equipment for all children of different ages, activities such as arts & crafts, reading, messy play, baking, imaginative play, outdoor play and 'Chill' time.
We have friendly family pets.
My Experience
On my last Ofsted Inspection I recieved GOOD in all areas therefore a GOOD overall, ( The provision is STRONG)- November 2018.
Having my own children in childcare whilst working I appreciate the work/home balance and the need to feel your child will be loved and cared for being paramount.
My Qualifications
Apart from the fact I love my job...
I hold a range of relevant qualifications including-
- NVQ Level 3 & 2 in Children's, Care, Learning & Development,
-Level 3 Diploma in Home-based Childcare,
-Paediatric First Aid Training,
-SafeGuarding Training.
I have also attended many training courses to keep me upto date with all aspects of care and the EYFS requirements.
I am also certified to offer the Goverment funded 15 hours childcare from 9months old. As well as 30hours funded childcare for 3 & 4 year olds, (or an additional 15hours alongside your child's nursery).

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My rates are competitive. I also can provide term only/holiday only care contracts.
Vouchers and the Government Tax Free childcare scheme payments accepted.

My daughter has been coming to lisa since she was one and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds from the shy reserved child she was. Lisa is such a great home from home and keeps us updated on everything. I'm so glad we chose Lisa. Will be gutted when my daughter leaves

When we had our son going back to work was so stressful as a first time Mum. I was recommended Lisa and went to have a home visit. I knew straight away from the way she greeted us to the way she spoke about the care she delivers. Lisa supported my transition as much as she supported our boy and has done ever since, anything I'm worried about I only have to message and she offers her help and support. Our son has food allergies, again, Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure he is safe and included in evert aspect. She follows the routine you have in place with your child and provides excellent support and opportunities to develop the holistic needs of the child, academic, physical and emotional. Lisa is an excellent role model for the children in her care and always gives her all!!!
Our next step is settling our son into reception, we feel confident and assured that Lisa will 100% be apart of this transition, again supporting Mum just as much as our son and we would not be without her!

Lisa has cared for my son and daughter over the last 7 years!! She is not only a childminder but like a big sister helping out a working mother when it is most needed! Nothing is ever a problem and she will always try her hardest to help in any situation! She is an excellent role model for the children and provides opportunities to develop their confidence and independence! She has a lovely nature with the children and respects rules and routines that parents carry out with individual children. I cant emphasise how much my son and daughter loved attending every day which made my task of going to work much easier knowing they were safe and having the best opportunities.

Lisa is looking after my boys for 9 years now and she is amazing . My kids love going to Lisa they always have fun and are well looked after . Lisa is also brilliant with parents. I would recomend this amazing lady to anyone . She is always helpful, kind and also very creative 😁 Me and my boys love this lady

Lisa has looked after my 1 year old since he was 4 months. He loves spending time with Lisa and wants her attention more than mine.
Lisa is a very caring, loving, creative person and is a fantastic role model to my son. She has helped turn him into the little boy he is today. I look to lisa as family, my son is happy, contented and getting excellent care.
I would highly recommend Lisa to any parents.

Lisa has cared for my youngest daughter on and off on a casual basis. My daughter loves going to 'Lisa's house' and I usually have to bribe her to come home.
Nothing is too much trouble and her patience never faulters.
I have some of Lisa's buisness cards in my bag and hand them out to anyone that mentions they need a childminder.
