About Me
Hi mums and Dads, my name is Shelley I live with my Husband Danny and we are proud parents of 3 children. Boys 15 & 24 & girl 17.
We have 2 small fluffy dogs a Cavapoochon that loves getting to know all the children. Stella the cockapoo, who loves nothing more than a tennis ball both excellent animals for the children to be around.
we live in Northchurch- Berkhamsted .
We are a fun loving family who love to be out & about exploring! We love socialising with our childminding network at play groups… going to the park and taking treks up the woods. We have Zoo passes & really enjoy our visits there- we are so lucky to be so close.
I take childcare vouchers, Tax free scheme & 15/30 hours funding from 9 months.
I don’t cover schools for drop & picks ups.
My Experience
I registered as a childminder in 2009. My last Ofsted inspection & graded "Good " November 2021 .
I'm currently childminding 3 adorable children & enjoying fun/messy times.
I stay in contact with my previous children & still come when urgent care is required.
Great references available .
My Qualifications
I have passed my ICP homebased childcare, which is part of the CACHE level 3 diploma.
I have the required CRB & DBS checks.
passed my first aid course- renewed every 3 years .
I keep up to date with training.
Im also a member of Childcare for insurance.
Safeguarding training- updated every 2 years at least.

Shelley has been a fantastic childminder and friend, My son Kyle really enjoys going to shelley's and gets quite disappointed when i tell him i'll be picking him up! He always come home full of excitement about the day he has spent and the activities he has done, He loves playing with all the children and it sometimes takes ages to get him to leave as he really doesn't want to go.

Shelley cared for my 3 children for a year before we moved to Hemel Hempsted, it wasnt hard to choose Shelley she was funny with the kids and really great to talk to! we had a great relationship it was really hard to find the same care in Hemel- so i decided on breakfast and after school club.
I would 100% recommend her.
In the school holidays my kids would still ask to go to Shelley's house, she did so much with them.
The kids still visit now.
