About Me
Hi, I have been childminding for over 25 years and have an NVQ level 3 in childcare. I'm an OFSTED registered childminder graded Good in 2019, I am able to take nursery children who are government funded aged 9 mths to 2,3 and 4 year old. I care for all ages of children from as young as 1 day old(yes you did read it right). I work 6 days a week from 6am to 10pm and 49 wks a years.I can do flexible hours, shift work, early starts and late finishes,school drop offs and pick ups to most local schools including Holt,Greshams and Kelling (school bus into Holt) and school holidays.. My husband and my daughter are my assistants and helps me during the day. We have a homely environment for the children to learn,grow and thrive in. I have a 7 seater car all fully insured to carry children so we can go out and about.
I also offer childcare at weddings so that the parents can relax and enjoy the day while they know that their child/ren are being safely cared for.
If there are more children than i can manage i will ask other registered childminders to work with me at the same rates of pay as myself. I also offer babysitting for holiday cottages and hotels.
My Experience
Over 25 years experience working in childcare and 30 yrs experience as a mum to Nathan 30yrs old and Michaela 25yrs. Michaela is my registered assistant alone with my husband Duncan who’s also my PA and secretary.

My Fees

From £5.00 per hour school holidays
£6.00 per hour for ad hoc or 4 hours or less childcare on any given day
From £15.00 per hour weekends
Bank holidays £15.00 per hour
Snacks are all included in the price, Breakfast £1.00 Lunch is £1.50 and evening meal £2.00 if your child stays after 5.30pm,Snacks given to any child leaving before this time.
Wedding venues £15.00 per hour till midnight £20.00 after midnight per childminder

Sally stayed at our holiday caravan with our son while we attended a wedding. She was flexible when we were running late, brought lots of toys for our son so we didn’t have to travel with them, and the next morning he raved about his time with Sally. Would highly recommend! Thank you, Sally!

Having not used a childminder for my daughter before , I was apprehensive but I couldn't be more pleased. Sally has been excellent from the start, reassuring and professional and my little girl says she is amazing! Sally fills the day with activities and my daughter loves telling me what they have been doing. I highly recommend anyone needing a childminder to contact Sally, I am so happy as a parent that my little girl is well cared for and enjoys going to Sally. She keeps me informed of activities and takes a real interest in my daughters likes so that her day can be fun and interesting. I really can't recommend her highly enough!

Sally and her colleague Michelle looked after our friends' kids at our wedding. They did such a great job meaning that all the parents could fully relax and enjoy themselves, and our friends told us that Sally and Michelle filled them with confidence based on how capable, friendly and helpful they were.

We lovely looking after the children.
We recently used Sally to babysit for our son (14 months) and our nephew (20 months) for two evenings at Cley Windmill for our wedding.
Simply put - Sally was amazing. Prompt, lovely, experienced and very capable. I was unsure of booking a stranger from a website to look after the boys, but Sally immediately put us at ease and did such a wonderful job looking after two overtired toddlers! Our only regret is that she doesn’t live nearer to us so that we can use her all the time.

Sally was very quick to respond to my request to find a babysitter in Holt for my two young girls. As she said in her blurb, Sally offers childcare for weddings so that the parents can relax and enjoy the day and that is exactly what she did. I didn't worry for one moment on Saturday evening. I highly recommend Sally in Holt! Thanks Sally : )

You are very welcome, it was a pleasure to look after you little boy.
Because it was our first meeting, Sally arrived earlier than her 'start' time to allow for a quick introduction/handover, and so I think we were out of the door ahead of schedule which is always a bonus!
We felt very confident leaving Sally in charge of our 4yo and 3yo and didn't have any concerns whatsoever throughout the night, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. To us this meant it was well worth the (modest) fee to have Sally babysit for us.
I'm already looking forward to our next evening out, and Sally will be the first babysitter we call.

Sally came to our B&B and babysat our 2 year old when we attended a local wedding in Norfolk.
She was very flexible with timings and accommodated a last minute change in both start time and end time of the session, which was greatly appreciated.
