Lovely, calm and reliable

I'm so happy we found Luzita! My child has been in her care three days a week from the age of 12 months to nearly 3 years old. He's loved it there, and I've really appreciated her calm reassurance, excellent communication and her flexibility. She's been extremely reliable and helpful. My son has learnt so many new skills there and also developed his first friendships, which has been a joy to watch.

Very caring and gentle childminder

Our son went to Luzita's 3 days a week from 16th month old to 3 years old. It was his first time being away from home, and this happened right after moving houses, so not at an easy time for him. Nevertheless everything went smoothly and he immediately loved his new environment at Luzita's place. Luzita is very caring and gentle. She sets up lots of different toys and books which differ along the days so there's always something new to discover. She also takes the children to the park and playgrounds every time the weather permits, so they get plenty of fresh air every day.
She gave us feedback about our son's days, happily chatting about what they have done and what happened, and even sent pictures regularly.
Our son always looked happy in the morning going to Luzita's, walking happily to her. He was very fond of her and talked about her when he was back home.
We are so grateful that we found Luzita and this crucial time of our son’s life. Thanks again for everything!!
(did not rate "food" as we bring lunch bags, but she does provides healthy snacks!)

Excellent childminder, caring and professional

Luzita is a caring, patient and committed childminder. She is an excellent and capable professional, her setting is homely and welcoming, and we strongly recommend her. Our 11-month son settled in marvellously and he enjoyed his time a lot, as well as making lots of progress. Luzita is also very kind and understanding, and attentive to both our son as well as parents’ needs. Overall, fantastic experience and lots of kudos to her.

Excellent and proffessional childminder

Luzita has been childminding our 2 year old son for 1 year and a half now and we could not be more happy with her. She is a reliable person with long experience taking care of children and my son is really attached to her. She is always taking the children to playgroups, playgrounds or organises activities at home for them to enjoy and stimulate their development, such as arts and crafts, reading stories, singing and dancing, cooking, etc. She always keeps as informed with a daily report of the activities, meals, nappies changed, achievements of our son, etc. I would strongly recommend her to anybody looking for someone to look after their children

Superb

Luzita has been childming our son, who is now 22 months old, since we moved to Cambridge when he was a little over 7 months old.
We feel very lucky to have found Luzita, she is the calmest, most reliable and stress-free person we could have wished for to care for our son.
Our boy loves going to Luzita's, as she keeps adequate activities going, at home and outdoors, has a very spacious and stimulating setting and is patient and caring. Luzita's own child is wonderful for the other children and our son often misses him.
Despite his young age, our boy shows how much he learns while at Luzita's, with an incredible development of his speech and other skills such as grit and perseverance.
He is happy and he thrives.
We are very thankful and cannot recommend Luzita highly enough.

Excellent and very reliable childminder

Our little boy (22 months) has been going to Luzita's house for nearly a year now. In that time she has helped him to gain so much confidence and make positive friendships with the other children in her care. Now he really looks forward to his day with Luzita and his friends, and he often talks about his favourite things to do at Luzita's.

Luzita always does a good variety of activities (including going out to playgroups and plenty of outdoor play) with the children, and our son has always napped and eaten very well whilst in her care. She updates a diary and shares pictures of our little boy with us after his days with her, to let us know what he has been doing.

Luzita is extremely reliable and has never missed a day for us. She is also very flexible, providing pick-up and drop-off at our older child's school for a period of time, and looking after our older child during the school holidays on one occasion.

We are very happy with the care which Luzita offers, and would thoroughly recommend her.
