Our son started going to Pip in January/February 2020 when he was 10/11 months old. He was not the easiest of babies to settle as he’d hardly been away from us, but Pip was very patient and after around 2 weeks he settled in very well and enjoyed going. In late March we went in to lockdown and we did not return until after lockdown on 1st of June. Since then our son loves going and is so excited in the morning to go there, on the days he’s off he still wants to come with his dad to go there. Pip always send me an update before I pick him up and almost always include photos of his day. Though covid has been around for most of his time at Pip’s, they’ve still ventured out to parks and goes out for walks in the day.
Our son has a dairy and soya intolerance and Pip had been very understanding and knowledgeable through previous experience. He gets good healthy and nourishing food there as well.
At home is still breastfeeding for naps and had been contact napping for most of his life, at Pips he’s not bothered about it and come nap time he goes and falls asleep on his mat, he’s even started doing this at home too.
I don’t think we could have had a better match than Pip and are so grateful to her for helping care for our son when we are working and for helping him develop into the lovely little boy he is today.
He also gets on really well with the other kids and constantly asks to see them all.
