Hi, my name is Chris. I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since 2004 and live in central Fleet. I have been happily married for over 30 years and have 3 lovely children aged 15, 21 and 24. I have two cats!
My childminding business is purely for school aged children. I drop off and collect from Tavistock and All Saints. Children are also welcome for some days during holidays and inset days.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2004.
I am an experienced carer of children with special needs and allergies, such as egg, gluten, dairy and nut products as well as caring for children with eczema and asthma. I am trained to use an Epipen.

Chris has been our child minder since September 2014 and currently looks after my 3 years old daughter and my 11 month old son.
Chris really is fantastic she is very professional with her work as well as being a caring person looking after my children.
For my 3 year old daughter, Chris has worked wonders with her as she was really behind with her communication skills. My daughter was at a nursery and we decided to pull her out and go down the childminder route for that reason. Since my daughter Mia has been with Chris her communication skills have come on second to none. With Chris really working on it with Mia and us all working together it has really made such a difference and the attention that Chris has given to Mia we cannot thank her enough for.
My 11 month old son was a difficult baby and was very clingy towards me, to the fact that he would never let anybody else hold him let alone be left with anyone. With Chris's support he is now a much more relaxed and happy baby and enjoys his time under Chris's care. As you can imagine it made it a very nervous and anxious time of me having to return to work knowing how my son was but Chris was so supportive and I was giving regular updates in how well he has been doing and he settled in very easily and I think this is down to Chris's caring nature and her experience of being a childminder and knowing how to care for him.
I can not highly recommended Chris enough and I would never look else where for childcare as both my children love being there and there is never a boring day as all the activities and adventures they go on with Chris is much more then I would ever be creative enough to do as a parent.
