About Me
I am a mother of 1child who has turned 7 years old . I am married and i have been childminding for 19 years.I am registered with Ofsted. I welcome everybody to my home my aim is to help children and parents feel at ease.
I have a large play school set up at my home where children of all ages are encouraged to play along both indoors and outdoors activitys being stimulated and having fun ...we go on weekly outings to various places of interest for the children both indoors and outdoor activities are encouraged ...I offer 15 or 30 hours funding for 2/3 and 4 year olds a week and offer holiday care for during the school holidays.
I am currently picking up from Barnby North Cove primary and Brampton primary for after schoolers.
My Experience
My experience within childcare is now 16 years.I have worked with many families and have letters of praise and recommendations. All my documentation is available to view on our first meeting.
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3 in child care, learning and development .
Level 2 in food safety in catering.
Paediatric First Aid training.
Practical play.
Safeguarding,

My Availability
I am open monday/Friday 6.30am to 5.30 pm .I am currently picking up from Barnaby North cove and Brampton Primary schools.

Really lucky to have Anthea. She is so thoughtful and creative with lots of ideas for the little ones. Anthea sends pictures with updates which is a lovely touch. The children are really well cared for. A really brilliant setting. Very happy.

We are Canadians traveling within the UK. We never stay in one spot long so it has been VERY difficult to find (and trust) child care providers that would look after our two year old son. Thankfully, Anthea was able to accommodate a week for us and give us some much needed child free days. On top of that, our son had a blast and regularly talked about how eager he was to go back. She was very welcoming, comforting, and had wonderful communication skills. Photos and updates were provided throughout the day to put our minds at ease. We would highly recommend this child minder, and wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again if we returned to the area!

She has been looking after my daughter who is 7 months old now and was nothing but helpful and nice with her.
Unfortunately she has to relocate and I will have to find someone else but if I had a chance I would relocate to the same city just so she could still look after my little one. She is very professional and warm at the same time and has good qualifications. my daughter started to talk (in her own language of course) after being a short time with her and also she seems a lot stronger and able to move around the room much more than previously, it is all due to playtime and different techniques she has used.
I would highly recommend this childminder as she has been nothing but supportive to me. Anthea has provided a really nice environment for my little one.
