About Me
hi...my name is Tracy....i am 60 and a mum to 3 children, 42 , 41 and 28. I have 6 lovely grandchildren. two of 21 , one of 15 , two of 12 and the youngest is 9. I live with my partner Greg who works full time as an Estate Agent.. and our beautiful German Shepard Izzi , and our 2 lovely cats, Marmite and Rafiki... all our animals are amazing with children and are very well trained.I have lived in Bushey all my life and all my children live here too...i went to Little Reddings JMI and Bushey Meads school. I have been childminding for 21; yrs now...i started when my 2nd grandson was born,.. i thoroughly enjoy the job i do ...it brings something new everyday .....never a dull moment . . . :)
My Experience
I have been childminding for 21 yrs now and have looked after all different ages....im registered with Ofsted and NCMA . my ofsted registration certificate is available to see if requested along with my ofsted number...unique to every childminder.. i also have 1st aid training , safeguarding a
nd go on regular courses to update my knowledge on childminding. .....at the moment i look after a wide variety of ages . Starting from 6 months up to 11 yrs of age.....I currently drop and pick up from Little Redding’s and Bournehall.
My Qualifications
i have a first aid certificate and a pass in Introduction to chilminding practice and a pass in safe guarding, alot of experience with my own children.:)..my grandchildren .:).....and other peoples children....references from past and present parents readily available .....
My Availability
..I am available to work 7.00 am until 6.00pm... 5 days a week. . .I do school runs in the morning , midday pick ups and pick up at the end of the school day..Little Redding’s and Bournehall and Moatfield Nursery are my current schools ..I am happy to do playgroups and nursery runs too..... I also have spaces for school holiday care as some of the children i look after are term time only......I like to keep things as normal to a family home as possible......ie.....we take regular trips to the park and play centres....we have time playing in the garden....we have time to sit and learn by play...ie ...reading....singing...counting...coloring...messy play....social interaction with other childmind settings....all general things where children learn at the same time........these things are important for young children.. for older children we have trips to the park....computer...wii...etc etc..time to chill doing movie days with popcorn and other goodies are important too as everyone no matter what age likes to chill with the tv now and again :) at the end of our road we have King George's recreation park which is fantastic for children. So much to do there. I now have a full and part time spaces available.

Tracey is not just a great childminder but also she is amazing woman with lots of experience! My 2 boys being with Tracey since they were little (I believe since 2018), both settled very well at that time and they see Tracey and her familly as their own. She shares her love with all chidren. They always busy, entertained, happy, full of laugh and fun, also always with filed up bellies ;) Welcoming home, lots of toys, lovely garden with lots play, pets around, its lovely place for chidren!
She is simply the best childminder I met and I highly recommend!

I started using Tracy in July 2020 when my daughter was 5 1/2 months old.
Having had a baby in lockdown my daughter is extremely clingy and still to this day she screams if me or my husband leave her with family members, close friends, anyone apart from us until we met Tracy.
She has so much experience and patience with the children I felt at ease from the off, with weekly updates & pictures sent to me showing the adventures Kitty had been on in the week made me happy knowing she was having such a great time.
And art work she sends home, thoughtful gestures such as Mother’s Day cards and bunch’s of flowers 💐, she even sends vegetables and fruit home for my rabbits.
She goes above and beyond all the time.
Another positive in my eyes is that Tracy owns the most beautiful German Shepard dog who has been trained impeccably.
I run my own dog walking business and Izzi Tracy’s Shepard walks with me every week in a pack of 6 & she is one of my best dogs for obedience, and command.
And I recently this weekend, brought my own female German Shepard and Tracy’s been giving me lots of training tips.
Tracy is 5 star ⭐️ and I couldn’t be happier,& watching my little girl knock on her door every morning and fly into her arms makes my day.

Tracy is kind, caring and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond for my children and they absolutely adore her…as do I! She is like a second mother to them and always goes that extra mile eg having Xmas/bday parties and buying them gifts etc etc. I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. My children love being at Tracy’s house. She is and will always be a very important part of our little family
