About Me
My name is Emma Edge. I've been a registered Childminder since 1996. I'm married with two sons and two dogs.
My interests include running, swimming and hua hooping. I have a Level 2 in swimming teaching and coached for Whitchurch Wasps Swimming Club. I am also a LiveLoveHoop certified teacher.
My Experience
My setting is on the outskirts of Whitchurch, Shropshire with easy access to the centre whilst enjoying the space of a rural location.
I provide home based care for your child in a stimulating yet warm and caring environment. Your child will receive home from home care which includes involvement in activities such as baking, gardening, and family mealtimes (all healthy, home cooked and valued as an important part of family life).
Your child will benefit from one to one, consistent care whilst also forming friendships with other children in the setting and beyond. Outside of the daily routine there is a planned schedule of activities.

My Fees

Early Years £4.00p/hr
After school £5.00 p/hr minimum 2hr charge and includes evening meal.

Emma has looked after my 3 girls now aged 5, 2 and 1 since they were the age of 8 months. I found her through recommendation as my sis in law also sent her children to Emma.
Emma has a home from home environment for kids and has loads of creative play for them. The location is fantastic on the outskirts of whitchurch.
I do think my kids have really benefited from being at Emma's and have learnt through other children about meal times, nap times and healthy eating, as well as sharing toys and taking turns. As my job is based in Telford I wanted somewhere I didn't need to worry about them and this is exactly what Emma cab provide.
We keep in contact throughout the day and I get sent photos of what they're doing and what they've eaten so I feel in touch.
