A great help and a wonderful person

Eileen got in touch on this app asking how she could help. We were looking for someone to step in whilst we were in between full time Nannys. Eileen was so patient and caring with our 18 month old. She thought of so many lovely activities. Eileen is very professional but also brings a warm, personable demeanor. She helps clean and tidy after meals and activities.
I don’t know how I would have kept the house in order, cooked, cleaned and looked after our 2 other children if Eileen wasn’t there!
I highly recommend!

The best Nanny we have ever had!

Eileen, our nanny, is truly exceptional. Her qualifications surpass any other nanny I've encountered. She exudes calmness, kindness, and an unwavering focus on the children. Our 4- and 6-year-olds adore her. Among the nannies I interviewed, Eileen stood out remarkably. She meticulously plans meals, she has never missed an appointment, adeptly handles tired children, keeps them entertained, and ensures outdoor enthusiasm, body safety and healthy choices. Her firm yet gentle demeanor is reminiscent of Mary Poppins herself. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Eileen, and any family she cares for will be equally lucky. 🌟

Absolutely amazing babysitter!

We found Eileen when looking for a babysitter to look after our son on our wedding day. She was an instant hit with our little boy who felt very comfortable with her immediately. She is professional, kind, thoughtful and absolutely wonderful with children! The whole day everyone commented on how great she was with our son and he was giggling away allowing us to fully enjoy our big day. Our little boy also has a number of allergies that Eileen handled wonderfully and carefully. Thanks Eileen you are fabulous! Ellen & Jordan

Excellent Nanny!

We cant be more grateful - our little one was only 9 months when I went back to work so I was really nervous about leaving her. Thanks so much for being a real support & taking such great care of our little girl. She’s had the best fun & come on so much in herself with you looking after her. I highly recommend you and your next family will be very lucky to have you. I’m glad it’s not goodbye as you’ll still be babysitting our little one so the bond will remain strong! Thanks again.

What a wonderful nanny!

Eileen was just incredible from the first moment. Our daughter's immediate trust for Eileen was the best recommendation I could have gotten and I did not doubt for a moment that she would have been in good hands. She was thoughtful, caring, providing advice in a non judgmental way that showed her experience without making me feel I was ever doing something wrong. She was really supportive of our family overall and our journeys as new parents which is way more than what we were hoping for when we set out to find a nanny. After our experience with Eileen it will be very very difficult to find another nanny in the new country where we moved to. She was always cheerful, creative, engaging, full of ideas and incredibly warm. Our daughter simply broke out in the biggest smile every time Eileen arrived. I felt completely comfortable with her in our home and with leaving our daughter with her.

A Nanny McPhee

Eileen has always demonstrated amazing capabilities as a guardian to our children. She is very responsible and always keeps our house is order while keeping our children safe.

She has a warm and inviting personality. One of her qualities I admire most is her ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks at once. We have 3 children, but watching over them along with other chores (cooking etc.) can be overwhelming. Nevertheless, she always manages to perform these tasks with grace. It has always been clear to me that Eileen loves to work with children, they are her priority. This manifests through the way she takes care of them and her kindness. She always comes up with creative ideas to help keep them occupied and creates activities to keep them entertained.

We consider Eileen as part of the family who has never disappointed us. She is very professional, proud to have up to date 1st aid training and has the highest level of respect for confidentiality.

Simply wonderful in every way!

Demilee has been looking after our little girl (now one) for the last nine months, two afternoons a week.

She has been an amazing support to our family and my daughter adores the time she spends with her. Demilee is wonderful at thinking up age appropriate activities that are fun and support learning and development.

She is highly professional but also feels like part of the family - I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Eileen has looked after my two children for over 2 years. She is always on time and is very reliable. She always goes the extra mile and will help out whenever she can. From the children's point of view they love her. She ensures that she helps them to engage in learning activities as well as having lots of fun. She adapts what she does with them depending on what we feel they need. She also manages to keep their room tidy and their clothes watched-couldn't ask for me. We are moving away which is why we don't need her any more. She is going to be much missed by everyone.

A nanny for my two toddlers

Demilee has been looking after both of my girls now for the last few months, and I couldn't have wished for a better nanny!

Both of my girls (aged 1 & 3) always look forward to Friday's when nanny Demilee comes over. They have built up a close a trusting relationship with her and are always comfortable to go to her for anything they need or if something is troubling them.

I have found Demilee to be very professional at what she does and I have no doubts about her years of experience working with children.

Once hiring Demilee, she spent the first few weeks building up a good relationship with the girls in their home environment before taking them out to play groups, parks etc. This also gave me confidence in her ability to look after the girls and that they were comfortable with her.

There's always good communication between the both of us and always tells me what her plan of the day is and checks if I'm happy with what she has planned, and she always has something fun planned for the girls!

I'm very pleased with everything that she's doing and more importantly my girls love having her around too.

A brilliant, attentive and lovely Nanny

Demilee has been looking after our little boy whilst we are staying in Stratford. He was just under 6 months when we arrived, and Demilee came highly recommended from another actress who had stayed here in Stratford.

Demilee is so brilliant with him. He smiles as soon as she walks in the door. She has taken him to the parent and baby play at the Leisure centre, done painting with him, the music class at the library. Always asked first if it was ok to take him somewhere new which we appreciate.

She is completely reliable, always on time, and very patient and flexible if I have had to sometimes text late at night when my rehearsal call for the following day changes.

If you are having to leave your child with someone when you go to work, especially when they are as young as our little boy was/is, you need to feel completely comfortable and reassured. We both felt happy to leave him with Demilee from Day one. She is calm, upbeat, caring and clearly loves being around children, and it has made going back to work so early in his life, considerably easier than it might have otherwise been.
