About Me
I have been a Registered Childminder with Ofsted for 22 years and have four grown up children of my own. (Ofsted inspected November 2017).
I live on the Old Vicarage Estate in Ware and provide childcare to children at Orchard House Pre-School, Kingshill Nursey and Infants, and St Mary's Junior School.
Each day I like to do something different with the children; I regularly meet with other Childminders and go to different toddler groups, indoor and outdoor soft play areas, children centres, visiting the farm, as well as going to different parks and feeding the ducks.
I have a fully enclosed garden with a variety of toys and games for both indoor and outdoor play, and also encourage creative and educational activities by using arts and crafts, such as colouring, painting, puzzles and play dough.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 22 years, looking after 0 - 11 year olds from all different backgrounds and cultures. I aim to support the children in their learning and play by providing a secure and enjoyable environment, and each child is treated individually to meet their own needs and aid them with learning new skills.
