Hello,
I have three grown up children & one grandchild.
I enjoy a number of part-time private posts in Lindfield & the surrounding area for lovely families caring for their children and also giving household help. I also enjoyed a four year part-time supervisory role (term time only) for a school in Worth where I was responsible for 13 to 18 year old boys.
I am physically fit, dynamic and thoroughly enjoy the company of children and vice versa. I enjoy being outdoors/walking/playing & having adventures with those in my care. As a mother of three I feel I have the experience that you would wish for in a PA/Nanny/House Helper/Babysitter - a good all-rounder. I am happy to 'muck in' with whatever needs doing, including cooking & am incredibly pet friendly :) Please DO read my reviews which I hope will help in your decision making :)

My Availability
I am currently available:
Permanent Available Days/Times:
Tuesdays mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm
EVENING BABYSITTING : Available from 7pm Mon/Tues & Fridays (earlier time can be offered if requested well in advance)
WEEKENDS (Saturday & Sundays): Am available from 11am but you would be encouraged to book dates well in advance :)
* If you have an up-coming event/party and need your little one(s) entertained during the day and then being put to bed, then please do not hesitate to get in touch. Alternatively, if you just want a few hours of "me time" or "one to one time" with one of your children, then don't hesitate to get in touch :)
* Am also happy to do overnight stays (up to 8am next morning) Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (again, a later time for returns can be offered if requested well in advance)

Lexi looked after our 21 month old during my sister’s wedding. From my initial message Lexi was great. She spoke to me over the phone to find out our needs and then even visited our air bnb the day before the wedding to meet my son just to make sure he was familiar with her at the wedding. She was wonderful at keeping our son entertained through the wedding breakfast and she kindly stayed up in our room with him through the evening function whilst he slept.
I can’t fault Lexi no request was too much she really was a super star and has a brilliant way with children!

Lexi helped us with after school/club care during the summer holidays and was a life saver. She was really wonderful with my 6 and 1 year old. She visited us before the first session and quickly bonded with my son who can be quite shy. Thank you so much Lexi!

Lexi looked after my 1 year old daughter during our wedding. She was fantastic. Having her there meant I could enjoy the day without worrying about my baby. She spent hours rocking her and singing to her when she didn’t want to nap until she eventually slept. She also fetched things from the bridal room for me like flip flops when my feet were killing! As well as fetching bibs and food for the baby. She really was indispensable. She is really easy to get on with and has a lovely way with kids. I would definitely recommend her.

This is my second time having Lexi baby sit my 3 year old daughter. Last year Lexi baby sat my daughter in October for Halloween, it was very last minute and she replied to me within minutes and agreed to come baby sit. She even came earlier just to make me at ease as she had not met rose before. This time she also came last minute and I was amazed as she managed to get rose to bed within her bed time and not once did she cry for me. I could not recommend her enough!! Best babysitter in the area. Always feel at ease and calm when having Lexi baby sit,

We were very lucky to find Lexi when we first moved to Balcombe. She wakes up our little man, gives him breakfast and drops him to nursery. She also allows my husband and I to have the odd night out. Lexi is professional, reliable and excellent with children. I can’t recommend her more - she deserves much more than 5 stars.

Guys . . . thank you for such a wonderful review. Needless to say, my Tuesday and Thursday mornings are that much brighter :)
Lexi was able to look after our 16 month old (with quite short notice). This was our first time using a babysitter so we were quite nervous but Lexi was really reassuring and kept us updated via text. If anyone is in the same boat and nervous, I would definitely recommend using Lexi. Thank you 🙏🏻

We've been lucky enough to have Lexi look after our 1.5-year-old little boy for the past 6 months. She's amazing with him and our cat! Her passion, care and enthusiasm for children makes it an easy decision to leave for the evening (often we're having such a laugh with her that we're tempted to stay!) Lexi is great at keeping us informed and communicating promptly. It's lovely to hear what they were up to while we were gone and how much fun they had reading stories and getting ready for bed. Nothing is too much trouble for Lexi and we appreciated her flexibility, competence, kindness and fun personality.

Lexi has been absolutely fantastic. We asked her to look after our 19 month old toddler on our wedding day in the evening. As he was quite poorly with a cold on the way, Lexi looked after him in such a sweet way which gave us re-assurance that he’s in good hands. Thank you so much Lexi! You gave us the chance to relax and enjoy our wedding evening with our guests :) all the very best!
