We used Heather as a full time childminder for over 3years until my daughter turmed 4 and started school. From day one Heather made our daughter feel very much at home, safe and settled and my returning to work was a very easy transition for us all. Heather has always been very attentive and caring and our daughter loves not just Heather but the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather and she was always able to help us out.

Our daughter did daily activities and excursions with Heather and she was always running in the door to see Heather (and her family) in the morning and was full of excitement of what she did in the evening. We always got a verbal daily report as well as a written. Heather's influence on our daughter has been nothing but positive.

I would highly recommend Heather as a childminder. She has been exceptional at all times and our family will always hold her close to ours hearts.
