About Me
I am a registered Childminder and a member of the PACEY.
I am a mother of 4 lovely (older) children and I am married to Michael. We are a very friendly family with a lovely large house, garden and playroom. I provide a homely environment in which children can be safe, feel secure and learn through play and a variety of experiences. We enjoy a variety of messy play and art, books, music, imaginative play with daily access to a home corner. The play room has a large selection of good quality toys, wooden blocks, toys, games and a selection of construction toys as well as suitable toys for babies and toddlers. We follow many themes through out the year and many of these are from the children's interest as well as seasonal activities and festivals. Outings and regular walks are part of our daily routine. Museums, parks, look out, garden centers, farms, cinema etc.
My Experience
I am a qualified Nursery Nurse with over 40 years of experience with children. I have been a nanny, pre-school leader, Nursery Nurse in a Social Services Nursery and a Deputy Nursery Manager. My final position was as a childcare manager for an NHS Trust, managing 2 nurseries, and 2 Play-schemes.
I have been childminding for over 10 years and really enjoy my day. I under take regular CPD training and attend conferences to ensure I keep up to date and fresh.
I have experience with special needs children. I also enjoy working with families from different countries and cultures.

Daily 7.45 am am to 5.45pm
Available Term time only with some occasional days in school holidays. Contracts can be provided to suit personnel needs and as we have to take our holidays during school holidays this works very well.
FUNDING EXCEPTED and places can be shared with a local nursery when they reach 4 years.
Registered for Government and private childcare vouchers.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
fees are £6 an hour,
consumable fee £6 per day.
A small deposit will be required, deducted from the last invoice. Childcare vouchers excepted.
