About Me
Hi
I'm Ann, mother of three children, the last off to university in September. I run the business from home which is in Langstone. We are registered by Ofsted to care for nine children by a staff of three. We are open 50 weeks of the year and from 7:30am-6pm. We grow our own vegetables and all meals are cooked on the premises. The children are free to play in a large safe garden and are regularly taken on walks around beautiful Langstone. We encourage the children to express themselves through art and nature and I love cooking so we cook in the kitchen several times during the week.
My Experience
I have brought up three children.
Looked after friends children for three years before registering as a childminder. Registered as a childminder in 2007 and now have eighteen children on our register and care for between seven and nine children five days a week.
My Qualifications
BA hons in Textile Design
Registered childminder
First Aid certificate
Food Hygene Certificate
Have attended several courses run by NCMA relating to improving the care and play in our setting

My son is 2 and a half and had problems at his previous nursery because it was too big and he didn't feel confident, he has been attending Treetops for about 6 months and he is like a different child.
He enjoys going to nursery, his eating habits have considerably improved and I have seen a consistant improvement to his development on the days he comes back from nursery, Ann and her team really work with you to provide the best care for your child, she cares about the children so much and always thinks of innovative ideas to keep them entertained. They are organised, structured and so helpful.
I would recommend this setting to anyone and don't dread taking my son to nursery like I used to because he loves it so much.
