About Me
Hello Everyone,
I am an OFSTED registered childminder,
My name is Becky from England and have 8 years experience working with children from birth to 13 years. I believe children learn best whilst having fun and that is exactly what I practice. I also have a children of my own and work as a childminder.
I spend my spare time with my family and attending courses to keep myself up to date with the latest legislation and guidelines.
I have studied child development and education since 2008 and have worked with children since 2009, attending placement work in nurseries, schools whilst babysitting on the side.
I childmind from my home adapted to create a safe healthy environment for children. I have a decking area and a large garden space.
I have currently have a large conservatory built purposely for the children to play, but we are now in the process of have a side extension built which will be home to our new playroom, exciting times!
My Experience
Worked in Spain (Jerez- chiclana) looking after 8 month old baby girl for 1 month whilst parents worked.
Babysat for 3 children aged 9, 8 and 7 months. No longer look after them as moved away.
Placement work for 3 years in many local nurseries age ranges from birth-4 years, a couple are creative kids- new beginnings and Mary Poppins day nursery, ladybird, st Ursula school and Benhurst primary.
registered childminder (co-minded) for 2 years.
previously a nanny for 2 children ages 2 and 4.
babysat children from 4 weeks old - 12 years.

I only have praise for Becky at Bell Avenue childcare!! My 4 year old daughter who is very quiet and shy has surprised me at how quickly she has settled in with Becky, she looks forward to going and runs off as soon as we arrive, she is always talking about the things they do together and is very happy with me leaving her. The setting is perfect and safe and I feel 100% comfortable with leaving her in Becky's care
