About Me
I am a qualified Ofsted registered childminder with 19 years experience. I am passionate about childcare. I am an adaptable, conscientious, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with experience implementing personal support plans that focus on the individual's welfare needs, wants, and interests. Having the ability to manage a challenging caseload while staying focused on giving a high standard of care to every child. Constantly maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards children, their family, professionals, and others.
My Experience
I ensure the individual children are nourished and fed. In some cases, the individual may have special requirements, and it is my job to ensure those requirements are fulfilled in the correct manner. I have built strong relationships with the individuals and families I support. We work as a team to provide a high level of care. I write daily reports. Handovers are an important aspect of my role as they occur at the end of each shift; this ensures a smooth transition of care for the individual between myself and the parent.
My Qualifications
I have NVQ levels 2 and 3 in child care.
Level 2 Children Care, Learning and development NVQ
Level 3 Diploma for children and young people workforce.
I am also a complex need child care

I provide quality day and night care, My availability are from 7am to 6pm but can be flexible

I was so pleased with the level of care you provided to my 2 sons. It makes being a working mum a lot easier, knowing that my children were in the best environment. I would recommend your services to anyone.

I used to take my brother to Miss Sally when he was little, she took great care of him and would drop him off at school when it was time. He used to come home and talk about his “amazing time” with Miss Sally. Now that I have my own so, I couldn’t think of anyone better to look after him than Miss Sally. She is truly a God-sent and an amazing human being. Thank you for everything Miss Sally, I look forward to working with you again.

I have 3 girls between the ages of 20yrs old and 8yrs old. Sally was recommended to me by the jobcentre, when my eldest was small. Naturally I was worried about leaving my daughter with a stranger, but Sally was exactly who we needed. She was very nurturing and kind, not just to my child but to me as a young mother. My daughter loves her even to this day, so when I had another 2 children, it was a no brainer that Sally would be the one to care for them too. Needless to they loved her even my middle girl who is very shy and introverted, they would actually look forward to seeing her and as a mother, using childcare that is priceless. I will be eternally grateful to Sally for the care she has given to all 3 of my girls.

The lady that recommended Sally said that she was a good child minder; and since I started with her she was always good to my daughter. She is the sort of person with whom you can leave your child and not have to worry. She`s like a grandmother really, loved and adored by the children she babysits. At first, my daughter was kind of quiet but Sally showed concern and did everything she could to make sure that she fitted in with the other children and coped well. She is a God gifted lady in looking after children. Sally loves the children and can give you advice about what to do when you`re worried about your child because, she is the kind of person you can sit and talk to; and will listen to you. Keep it up Sally, God Bless You.

Salaimatu has been like a mother to my two sons. She is caring, understanding and very patient. I have never had cause to worry while my sons were in her care. My sons love her to bits and have been happy whilst in her care.

Sallly is GODS gift, she looked after my son as if he was her child, very happy with the way she lloked after my child, she is also a very understanding person and she is always there to give a helping hand and also a good listener.

Since I've had Sally caring for my son, I have never had any problems with her or with what she does. She's understanding, caring and as she's also a mother she is very considerate.

Sally has been and still a God gift send to me and my daughter Christelle, and she has been a tutor, mother and a child minder to christelle during my 4 years at university.
