Filipa has looked after my 18 month old for about 6 months now & sometimes my older child after school. She has been really patient with my toddler, especially at the beginning when she was only going for 1 day a week & took a little while longer to settle. She was happy to keep to the routine we have at home for example with sleeps. Filipa has a very calm & warm manner. The children all appear relaxed & happy with her. She organises a variety of activities for them & they have lovely food cooked for them too!
