My Summary

My Experience

• More than two decades of experience in child/infant care including premature birth children, children with speech and language delay
• Extensive knowledge in providing long-term care for children, including helping setting the baby in to a routine, preparing bottles, changing nappies, giving or supervising baths, potty training, feeding training, educating and amusing the children by playing, role playing, painting, crafting, reading and taking them on outings.

My Qualifications

• Paediatric First Aid, Tigerlily 2024
Course content:

First aid kit, Action planning, treatment of an unconscious casualty, resuscitation, choking, childhood conditions (e.g. measles, meningitis, croup), head injuries, poisoning, bites and stings, seizures, bleeding, burns, foreign objects, Asthma and diabetic emergencies, sprains, strains and fractures. Allergies and food intolerance.

• In May 2024, I have successfully completed my studies in Early Years Foundation Stage (CACHE LEVEL 3)

• Talking about children and their development (2011)
Course content:

* A brief outline of the baby/child brain development.
* An understanding of the links between the child’s world, their needs and their fluctuating moods and behaviours.
*A better understanding of the profound influence the adult/child relationship has on the developing child’s personality.
* An opportunity to reflect on their existing strategies for managing behaviour and look at some alternative ways to communicate and get your child to willingly listen and learn to make better choices for themselves.

• Day courses with Speech and Language Therapists (every six months) for a lengthy 6 years.

* Encouraging the development of children speech and language starting from birth. Newborn, Infant, Toddler, Preschooler, All ages.

My Availability

I am looking for ad hoc, emergency, temporary Nanny or babysitting position. Free until the 06th of October 2024.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
• Maternity Nursing from £22.00 per hour (gross)
