About Me
I have been a registered childminder for 18 years. My son Jude age 18 lives with me at weekends as he attends The golf degree . I am a home owner, and have my own car. We are an outside setting which is very child led, every day is an adventure. I also encourage lots of outside play, climbing, balancing, bike riding, pond dipping, nature trails & Life skills. I have a membership with National Trust, Longleat and local farms...this seems to be one of the children's favourite days. We also make use of the local library for rhyme & story time which the children love.
At our home we have a large fully enclosed back garden which has a wooden climbing frame with swings, den and slide, a play house with role play area and patio area for sit and ride toys plus a large sandpit.
Inside our home we have a toy room for the children to freely use with a large selection of toys to choose from ranging from books, puzzles, home corner, musical instruments, sensory toys and computer area.

Tanya is great, the children go out to different places every day, no matter the weather! Tanya has all the gear for wind, rain and snow! Regular farm visits, exploring nature and even the beach! Each day trip Tanya includes learning activities for the children and updates you daily with pictures of what they have been doing. Tanya does activities around the time of year like valentine's Day and Halloween and she gets in the spirit by getting dressed up too! My son loved his time with Tanya and he fit in very quickly there

My son has been with Tanya over a year. Since the day we started talking she has been nothing but helpful. My son loves going to Tanya’s, more so than being at home. Every morning he asks if he can go and always opts to go there in the school holidays.
If we ever see Tanya outside of work, my son always runs over and gives her a hug and gets so excited to see her. Without fail every day he tells her how much he loves her. The bond they have in a short amount of time is amazing. He feels and acts like part of the family.
Tanya has been very supportive with my sons transition from pre-school to school and has helped and supported all the issues that have occurred during this time.
My new born daughter will also be starting with Tanya soon. I’m so excited for Tanya to help bring up and raise my daughter.
On a personal bases I see Tanya as a friend. She has helped and supported any personal issues and professional issues.
Would I recommend Tanya? 100% I would.

Tanya has been looking after my little Girl for the last 9 months and hopefully will do for a long while yet.
My little girl loves going to Tanya’s in the morning and misses her during the breaks. My daughter has learnt so much and Tanya continues to help us with milestones such as potty training.
Everyday they are off doing something new, if it’s not play group, library, soft play, arts and crafts, mud kitchen, visiting Buster the donkey or the farm they are on day trips to Stonehenge or more recently Monkey world. We always have exciting stories from her a dinner time.
I work 4 days a week and my husband is military. Tanya has been a fantastic support when he is away. We both love receiving pictures updating us on my daughters antics through out the day. The detailed developmental report we have also received from Tanya at the end of year was also very informative.
I would definitely recommend Tanya as a childminder. Very kind, friend and professional. My daughter is happy, in a safe, educational and fun environment.

my son has been at Tanya's for the past 18 months and throughout she has been amazing. my job mixed with being a single parent requires a degree of flexibility, and she has gone above and beyond to help me out if needed. The amount he's learnt with her is immense and his transition into reception should now be a lot smoother as a result.

Tanya is an excellent childminder -Professional, friendly and innovative. My son loves going to Tanya for childminding, she creates a home from home for him so there were no issues with settling in. He is always excited about what they will do each day and enjoys all the different activities they do together as a group.
I would highly recommend Tanya to people looking for a relaxed, friendly and safe environment to leave their children.

Our little girl has been under Tanyas care for 2 years now, initially starting when she was 10 months old. Our experience has been amazing, Tanya is warm and friendly and provides a family atmosphere which our little girl loves and which makes her feel so so welcome. Tanya provides daily activities including trips to the childrens centre, local farm, librarys, local events, childrens shows, swimming, stonehenge, play parks, treasure hunts, bike rides, nature trails and so so much more (to much to list) as well as completeing educational activities such as reading, arts and crafts, social interaction etc. Our little girl has learnt so much and is always so joyful when we are travelling in the car in the morning and on the way home, talking about all the great activites that they completed and the friends she has seen. In summary Tanya has been a fantastic childminder for us and our little girl will continue with the service until she is too old to attend any longer :)

My son Freddie, has been going to Tanyas since he was 6 months old.
Returning to work when Freddie was so young was such a daunting time but Tanya put me at ease throughout the entire time. She regularly text me during the day to let me know how Freddie was getting on which really put my mind at ease.
Tanya encourages all of Freddies development from Sitting Up, Crawling and also when the time came for him to start having finger food.
Tanya is always willing to offer me advice and between us we have now got Freddie into a good routine with nap times and meal times.
Freddie has come on in leaps and bounds since being at Tanyas house and most importantly he loves going there. There are plenty of things for him to do there and he is regularly taken out to the park, river, baby groups etc.
Tanya keeps a book of all of Freddies development with pictures which is fab to see. He also comes home with pieces of 'art' which Tanya has done with him.
I would highly recommend Tanya as a childminder!!

I have 2 daughters who have both been minded by Tanya. My eldest daughter Chloe has had 4 different childminders and Tanya has definitely been the best by far, Chloe is now 12 and no longer needs minding but I know she misses Tanya very much.
My youngest daughter Ellie has been with Tanya since she was 4 (she is now 9). Being a parent who works full time it is very important to have a childminder you can trust completely and that is exactly what I have with Tanya, I can go to work with peace of mind knowing that my child is in a happy and safe family environment. The kids are always kept busy with different activities and she has a great garden with lots of outdoor toys.
When Ellie has been away from Tanya's for a week or so she is always really excited to be going back and for me that is the most important thing, knowing that my daughter is happy, safe and well looked after.
I definitely recommend Tanya as a childminder.

Tanya is a very reliable ,kind ,trustworthy childminder ,Alfie enjoys going to Tanyas everyday,he joins in on everything that Tanya does with him.Alfie never wants to leave when its time to come home.Tanya keeps us all updated on new things they do ,sending pictures on things Alfie does.
I would seriously recommand Tanyas childminding abilities to other mothers that are looking for childcare .
