About Me
I live in the Hunts Cross / Halewood area. near to train station, I am married with two grown up daughters. I have vacancies on a Tuesday and Thursday from September 2024. I take vouchers and funding.
I have a play room with downstairs wc and a large garden with lots for the children to do. we do arts & craft, messy play, bake, story time, in & outdoor activities,
we go to different play groups, parks and library's and on outings.
As I am a mum myself, i understand how difficult it can be to have to leave your little ones. thats why i offer a home from home and safe environment. I will follow their routine that as been started at home as best i can. Sometimes, settling in can be upsetting. so i offer settling in visits before they start full time.
My Experience
I have been a childminder since 1995, am ofsted registered. CRB checked
as are both my daughters and husband.
My Qualifications
I have completed ICP, introducing childminding practice,
DCP, developing childminding, ECP, extending childming practice,
Safe guarding children certificate,
Got a paediatric first aid certificate,
Got a food hygiene certificate,
Belong to a childming network,.
I have just finished stuydying at John Moores University for a BA in Learning, Development and Support, in childcare (2010),
I am a member with NCMA,
Ofsted registered,
CRB checked.

My daughter Georgia has been going to Helen since she was 6 months old and she is now 9 years old. She offers a home from home environment and also offers settling in sessions which helps a lot as the children get to know each other and settles in before they come full time. She's very flexible, understanding and cannot recommend her highly enough, we would be lost without her.
