About Me
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder , I am a Telford and Wrekin Quality Assured Childminder.
oufamily home is a relaxed, safe and friendly enviroment for all children to enjoy the activites what are on offer. Keeping inline with new guidelines from government, DFE, Ofsted.
I have a playroom, with lots of toys for every age group, happyland, garage and cars, trains, shops, farms, singing and stories, dinosaurs, castle , pirate ship, space rocket and astronaut costumes.
Mark making , arts, crafts , paint, playdoh, gloop, bug hunting, bird watching, gardening, cooking, singing and dancing are a few of our favourites.
outside area has a safe play area slide, the pirate ship was definitely a favourite . A grassed area with a mud kitchen, sand and water, balls, playhouse, ride ons and pushalongs.
I have knowledge of different approaches Hygge, curiosity, in the moment planning .
And offer my own blend of all and we have lots of fun and learning new things everyday.
My daily routine includes free play, days out, planned adult lead group activities, one to one time, stories, singing with instruments, puppets, all fitted around meals and snacks. A balance of time inside and outside depending on the children who are here.
My Experience
I have been registered for 23 years as a childminder, the past 16 years I have worked full time with under 5's .
I have good knowledge of Early years foundation stage (EYFS).
Bring a Telford and Wrekin Assured childminder , I get regular monitoring visits and support as I need.
I have just completed(October 2021) a Speech sounds course. This will be very valuable knowledge for my setting and gives my direct access to a private speech therapist .
I will message you via what’s app on a daily basis to update you of our day and your child’s learning.

I love my job, providing a fun, happy, family environment allows me to take the children out to park, walks, paddock mound , apley woods, home farm at attingham , Blist Hill, jungleland, RAF Cosford, Fordhall Farm, Wrekin forest school, houghmond hilll, ice-skating toddler session , our favourite weekly activity is toddlers gymnastics.
we can even stay home and snuggle and watch TV if we need a lazy day.
My Qualifications
I am fully DBS Checked .
Registered with Ofsted.
Telford and Wrekin Quality Assured Childminder.
I also work for the Telford and Wrekin Fostering Team offering Emergency Care.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour

after school is a set fee £15 includes pick up snd snack . place available on Wednesdays and Thursdays only
Only Meadows Primary would be considered,
I can offer funded placement for 9 months to 4 years .

Sharon looked after my daughter Grace since 8 month old baby. From the day we kept
her she made us at an ease. We are very glad to have sharon as childminder. She plans lots of indoor and outdoor activities and takes for a walk. She has a lovely outside space where children can play. She has always updated us with all the activities and daily routines.
Thank you very much for your time on taking care of Grace.we miss you .
Highly recommended for anyone looking for caring , trustworthy and professional childminder. She is the best.

I used Sharon to look after my child when I went back to work. As a new parent it can be a stressful time leaving your child with anyone but I felt so at ease and he loved going back everyday.
He learnt so much being with her and the other children and I highly recommend Sharon to anyone and everyone!
