Hello, my name is Shirley. I am fortunate that I live an extremely happy and contented home life with my husband, and lovely dog!! My hobbies include singing - I am a member of an choir and regularly sing in concerts and I also enjoy cooking, dancing, and of course walking the dog.
I have a kind, caring personality. As a Nanny, I am extremely responsible and of course have a sense of humour!
My Experience
I have worked in the Childcare sector for many years, as an Ofsted Registered Childminder, Nursery Nurse, and for the past fourteen years as an Ofsted Registered Nanny. I have enjoyed working in all of these different Childcare environments, and have learnt so much from each job. I am very interested in childhood development, and help babies and toddlers learn through play.
I am currently working for a delightful family and their two year old son (having been his Nanny since May 2023 when he was 3.5 months old). The little boy now attends Nursery, and I continue to be his Nanny on a part time basis. I am therefore seeking a part time position.
