You won’t find anyone better

Our son joined Michelle near 2 years ago and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to look after him. Michelle is caring and friendly. Our son has gained and learnt so much since attending. She goes above and beyond for the children she looks after, nothing is ever to much . We are sad our time is coming to a end but with her support our son is now ready for school..
The communication between Michelle and parents is excellent an you never feel like you’ve missed a thing :)

Lovely and considerate childminder

Michelle was such a fantastic childminder for our DD, Ophelia. We chose Michelle to look after our first born, from 7 months. Michelle was very thoughtful and supportive during those initial starting months, for both our daughter and us as parents. It wasn't long at all before Ophelia would recognise Michelle's front door at drop off and get so excited, which was so lovely to see.
Michelle was always so engaging with the children, taking them to groups and doing activities with them. Michelle was very attentive to each child's needs during playtime and DD always had fun with a range of toys.
Michelle was really supportive during the initial weaning stages by offering advice and suggestions. When DD started taking lunches, Michelle would always report back how much food had been given.
It was such a shame when we had to take DD out of Michelle's service. Had we not moved out of the area we would still love to have been there.
We would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for childcare in North Norwich.

Amazing Childminder!

So pleased to have found such a fantastic childminder for our daughter. Georgia loves spending time with Michelle and the friends she has made there. I couldn't be happier in the knowledge she is well catered for with an abundance of play and activities arranged, attending local groups, arts and crafts...
Michelle is warm, professional, easy to speak to, and extremely responsive to the needs of the children in her setting. We couldn't ask for better!

Best decision we ever made!!

Our daughter joined Michelle in March following several months at a nursery where she never really settled. Due to the pandemic our daughter had not socialised with others and was very shy. Since being with Michelle she has come on leaps and bounds. The home from home setting meant she settled in immediately. Michelle has been so understanding, patient and has gone above and beyond to support our daughter’s development. Michelle is so passionate about her job and you just know when you meet her your child is in the best possible care.

Amazing person and professional childminder.

Absolutely amazing professional and caring childminder. My daughter loves her and is very happy every morning to leave a house to see Michelle.
Michelle is treating kids like her own kids with love and care. She is always there when you need advice or any other support.
What I also really love is the fact that she is very creative with kids, they will go on different trips, classes and places. They never bored, they will sing, play and learn something everyday. Michelle is very professional in the aspect of development, so you would get full feedback and support where and if needed.
If you want not only childminder but someone who will become part of your family, you are in the right hands. I wish you could give more stars than 5.

Friendly caring childcare

We were new to finding a childminder and Michelle was really helpful and friendly. Really set our mind at ease. From the first message and meeting her, she was lovely friendly and very knowledgeable. Our son, who is 10months absolutely loves going 2/3days a week. He has just come home with a bag full of wonderful christmas crafts. Michelle has also included a little something for our older child who's at school.
She goes above and beyond caring for our son, and am so happy we have found her. Thank you 😊

The best decision we made for our children

Michelle has been fantastic with our children. Both my daughter and son love it at Michelle's so much so it's a task to get them home at the end of the day.
Michelle is a lovely lady, so loving, warm and thoughtful with the kids. The moment the kids met her they felt comfortable, safe and both were so happy.
Michelle drops my daughter to Hayes Park School and collects her after school. She has my two year old son all day. She offers a wide range of activities to keep them busy, arts and crafts, dressing up, outdoor play, play groups and soft plays. My son has made so much progress and is developing so well whilst being under Michelle's care.
My daughter also adores Michelle and loves her one to one chats, which Michelle always makes time for.
Both are so happy when I get there they are hardly bothered Mummy has arrived after a long day. In fact, they sometimes ask to camp at Michelle's.
Michelle has been a gem and has made going back to work after mat leave with my second hardly painful at all. Not once in over a year have the kids made any fuss about going to Michelle's. Which makes me feel comfortable and able to do my days work without any worry.
As a family we love Michelle and she is an extension of it for us.

Michelle is a rare find :-)

Michelle is one of the warmest individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting, and we knew she was the one as soon as we met her. My little boy has grown to adore spending time at Michelle's, and some days doesn't even seem bothered about coming home!Leaving my baby with someone I didn't know should have been the hardest thing in the world, but Michelle reassured me and comforted Dylan throughout the process. Michelle is one of those rare people you meet in life, that I feel so blessed to have met & care for my child when I can't be there. She gives above and beyond, in her arts & crafts, activity level, involvement in local groups, baking and play time, but most importantly in her humanity!????

Amazing Childminder!!

Michelle has been a huge support to us over the last year & a half, whilst caring for our now 3 year old daughter and has done a fantastic job. Our daughter has gained so much confidence and has advanced well in her key developmental stages. She has progressed with her speech, listening, reading, writing, physical and creative skills by spending her time with Michelle and always keeping busy at different playgroups and play sessions with other childminders too. Michelle is truly a professional childminder with many years of experience and a very trustworthy individual whom we always have had the utmost respect and comfort level with.

We would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone and would be happy to provide a reference at anytime.

fantastic childminder

my daughter ruby has been going to Michelle's since November last year. Ruby really enjoys her time with Michelle, going to toddler groups and interacting with other children and doing wide range of activities including arts and crafts, ruby is always coming home with paintings or something she has made.
Michelle has made my returning to work after maternity leave so easy and seeing how settled and happy ruby is, has left me with no doubts that i have the perfect person looking after my daughter. Michelle offers me and ruby fantastic support in helping ruby with her development and have notice big changes in ruby in such a short space of time. Michelle is a great child minder and would highly recommend her to friends.
