About Me
My name is Stephanie, i'm an Ofsted registered childminder and moved back to Bury St Edmunds in July 2014.
I have 2 daughters who are 30 and 14, a granddaughter who is 8 and not forgetting our family pets, Luna the cat, Pickle, Casper, and Thomas the kittens, and Amber the dog(who are kept separate from the children).
Please don't be put off by us having pets, come meet them, the children love them and they love the children!
We regularly go to toddler groups, do art and crafts, and visit the library and parks. We go to bigger locations like the seaside, farms, zoo's etc in the holidays.
I have plenty of toys, books, activities, indoors, and out to help with the children's development, and i'm constantly adding to them.
So, if you are returning to work after having your little one, need a little help with before and after school care or holiday care and would like a more nurturing and attentive environment than maybe a nursery can offer then please do get in touch.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 10 years now and my experience of caring for children also comes from the 28 years raising my own.
My Qualifications
I have completed the required training set out by Ofsted,which included Paediatric First aid, Safeguarding children, Level 3 Home based childcare course and a DBS check.
I plan to further my training with everything offered to me to help improve myself and the care that I provide.

We totally love Stephanie! I was so apprehensive about my littlest needing childcare, he’s so clingy to me and hadn’t needed looking after by anyone else in he’s first 2 years of life.
But she’s so warm and welcoming and my little one just loves her. By the second day he was asking for her and putting he’s arms out for her to take him.
They have so much fun at toddler groups with messy play and home days.
I felt a nursery was just too full on for him and Steph’s is absolutely a home from home.
I could not be more grateful to Stephanie and how her childcare has brought out such a confidence in my little boy.
100% recommend to anyone needing someone for their precious babies.
