I am an Ofsted registered childminder since 2012.I live in Hertford (few minutes walk from Hertford East Station) with my 13 year old daughter. I am reliable, organised,flexible and responsible, with excellent references.
11 years experience,sole charge positions- full time and part time

I have got a degree in Juridical Sciences , I,have got an Enhanced DBS and an up to date Paediatric First Aid Certificate for babies and children, Homebased childcare service Level 3, registered with Ofsted.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- working in partnership with the parents
- taking the responsibility for safety and development of the children,
- specific duties as : changing nappies,preparing meals and snacks for the children, supervising children's meals ,scheduling and coordinating children's activities, undertaking appropriate creative activities with the children, undertaking appropriate educational activities with the children ,undertaking appropriate outdoor activities with the children( taking trips to the park, walks along canal ) ,planning and supervising rest, nap times, reading to and with the children,supervising homework, implementing daily routines, indoors activities( art and crafts, reading, playing with the children in a fun and creative manner, yoga , singing, dancing),drop off and collect children from schools and nurseries.

Irina is a great child-minder; she has looked after my little boy full time since I returned to work in 2012. During this time she has been a great support for my family, she is reliable, responsible and well organised. Above everything my son loves his time with her; she provides a home- for- home setting with loads of fun activities. She is never too busy to talk and tell me about his day, she also has a journal system in place; this is always completed with loads of information on the day’s activities.
Irina is an amazing cook- she provides an excellent range of healthy homemade foods and snacks. I always feel my son is special to her and well cared for. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a child minder.
