I cannot recommend Donna and Warren highly enough. From the first time meeting them both reassurance was given and my little girl is super happy whilst there.
Donna and Warren go above and beyond to provide a safe, fun and homely environment for children and offer updates throughout the day which gives piece of mind and the ability to check in.
Theres no need to look for another childminding service because you've found the perfect one right here!!

I visited a number of different settings and made the decision to send my 1 year old son to a setting at the opposite end of Lincoln to where we live, just because I was confident he would be happy and well cared for.
From day one they have provided my child with exceptional care and it felt like he was an extension of their family.
They run a wholesome home and I can say I am so sad that my son is leaving and this is only to enable him to transition to nursery and pre-school.
I would recommend Donna and Warren to anyone looking for childcare within Lincoln. Thank you both so much

Our daughter has been going to Donna since she was 9 months old. She is now nearly 5. She took some time to settle with being so young. However Donna and Warren were understanding and really helpful to us during that time. Whether it's a water fight with Warren or baking with Donna our daughter is really happy at their house. This is a genuine, caring place where they go above and beyond. It is a home away from home setting. Our daughter has learnt so much from Donna and Warren including ,counting, writing and life skills. The activities vary all the time to keep the children engaged.

We sent our boy to Donna and Warren 18 months ago after being left in the lurch by a previous unreliable childminder.
Our son took time to settle as he's a shy boy but Donna and Warren were very understanding and patient, which in turn has brought him out of his shell big time.
He's loved going here and didn't want to leave on his last day such was the extent he enjoyed it.
He loved playing with the dogs and was always coming home with paintings, and stories about what he got up to.
Thank you Donna and Warren we will miss bringing our son to you and you've prepared him very well for nursery!

My son was with Donna and Warren for 2 years and enjoyed every second of his time there. They’re attentive, caring and professional and always go above and beyond with the children. It’s a lovely homely environment and we always loved our son coming home with stories of his day whether it was playing, going to the park, learning, painting, drawing and the baked goods were amazing too! They were always flexible and understanding around my working hours and will go above and beyond even having my older child on occasion too (which she loved!)
Thankyou Donna and Warren for everything you did for our boy, and as he goes to school he will miss coming to see you each morning and so will I!
100% recommended to anyone!

My son has been with Donna & Warren for 3 years, they have been an incredible influence on his development, he loves his time with them! I’m so glad we chose pansypotters, it’s a home from home & as a first time mum I’m so grateful to Donna & Warren for their advice & influence on my little one. Every day he comes home happy with stories about his day, I’ve got lots of arts & craft pieces & had lots of lovely baked goods! I was so impressed with their response to the pandemic, their communication is excellent, they are always helpful/flexible with days and the BabyDays app they use is fantastic! My sister was nervous about putting my nephew into a childcare setting, she now sends her youngest to Pansypotters as she saw how fantastic they’ve been with my son, I would recommend them to anyone!

My two boys were with Donna and Warren for a fair while and they were absolutely fabulous. They loved and enjoyed everyday and learned so much from them. Fab fab care and would recommend to everyone!

As soon as we press the door bell our little boys face lights up, when the door opens he holds his arms out for cuddles showing how comfortable and happy he is to stay with Donna and Warren, for Osian their house is his home from home.
Having started with them when he was just 5 months old, both Donna and Warren have played a large part in his development, under their care he's gone from a tiny baby to a crawling, babbling, confident 8 month old with definite ideas about his own wants and needs!
As first time parents with no family near by Donna and Warren have also been invaluable in helping and advising the two of us. With both of us currently serving in the military, flexible childcare is essential, Donna and Warren have been more than understanding and accommodating of our schedules.
The Baby Day's app is a definite bonus, we love getting frequent updates, photos and videos throughout the day.
We have no hesitation in recommending Donna and Warren, our son adores them (and Floyd is a hit with him too!)

Our two boys have been with Donna and Warren for almost two years now and it has indeed been a home away from Home for them. We have watch our sons grow and thrive under their care. They always keep us up to date with their progress.
My husband and I both work full time as doctors and the value of finding good and flexible childcare is invaluable and that is exactly what we have found at Pansypotters.
Donna and Warren are very lovely people and we have come to regard them as friends. They treat the boys like one of their own and our sons are very comfortable with them as well. They are always professional. The setting is clean and well maintained and the care provided is impeccable.
They have been very accomodating and show understanding regarding our busy work schedules, always going the extra mile. Our first son is starting reception soon but we are definitely staying on with Pansypotters for after school care.

Donna & Warren have done a fantastic job of looking after our little girl Lyla for the last 2 years. They’ve really helped her development and her confidence has come on so much & I couldn’t be any more grateful. Lyla is always excited to go and it’s very much a home from home for her. They are also very accommodating with hers and our needs. She is always full of stories when we pick her up so we know she’s been well looked after and had a great day when she’s been with Donna & Warren. We’d highly recommend pansy potters!

Donna and Warren are very lovely, kind and understanding people. They were very patient with us as we just moved into the area and accommodated our needs. I wish we lived in the area so we could drop off Sofia whenever we could. But it is not possible at the moment due to travelling distance. hopefully, in the future, if our circumstances change, we can come back to you and settle Sofia. Thank you again for being so kind and understanding.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my daughters development over the past eight months. She started with Donna and Warren when she was three months old and has received excellent treatment, like one of the family. Not only her though, but her father and I too. Being new parents, sometimes we need a little guidance and we’ve received so much support from them over this period. They are such a lovely couple, always wanting to help others.
Donna and Warren always exceed expectation, they do more than is necessary for my daughters development and do everything they can to make her feel at home.
I absolutely love that they send me photos and videos of her throughout the day. I can see when she’s painting, playing, drawing. They even record what she’s eaten, how long she’s slept and how many nappies she’s had changed!
Upon first arrival in September 17, I was impressed to learn that they had a “Ring” system, which allows them to see who’s at the door before answering. Both her father and I felt comfortable almost immediately, there’s no one I trust more to take care of my gorgeous baby. She is always looked after in such a thorough manner, always comes back to us clean and happy.

My daughters recently started with Donna and they could not be happier . It lovely knowing your children are so happy and so well cared for when you have a demanding career. Wonderful atmosphere and a friendly and professional approach to everything. Genuinely nice people (and dogs !!) Highly highly recommended. x

My son tom he's 1 ,has a cheeky personally,always unplugging things which they don't mind,toms made great friends there and enjoys playing/socialize with the kids as he is the only one at home and this helps his development.they encourage messy play,painting,making things,which I think tom will love when he gets a bit older,they have a play area for little kids which I always find him in when I pick him up,the childminders are down to earth and am sure they will make your child welcome as much as they have for tom

I was really nervous about going back to work three days a week and having to leave my 9 month old son in childcare. However, Donna, Helen and Gemma have been absolutely fantastic. Their care and dedication was obvious from the first time I met them. My son is always happy to spend time there and he is always kept busy as there are so many activities throughout the day. It didn't take me long to feel comfortable leaving my son with Pansy potters. Their hard work is much appreciated and I would definitely recommend them if you want a loving, fun packed and safe environment for your child.

My son has been with Donna since he was 9 months old he settled in straight away he's two now and loves Monday and Tuesday's at childcare and he absolutely loves Donna. He has learnt so much there, Donna does so much with the kids they are always up to something... There is a fantastic playroom, they have lovely food and Donna's assistance Helen and Gemma are fab too. If you are looking for childcare I would defiantly recommend pansy potters made going back to work so easy for me because I knew my son was somewhere he was happy.

My daughters Maisie and Isla have attended here for 2 years, in that time they have flourished. The care they receive from Donna and Helen is excellent, and as a parent I couldn't ask for anything better. Both girls love Donna and Helen and it has become a second home for them. They have made some lovely friends there with the other children. I am kept up to date via the online diaries which records what the girls have done, ate, slept and pictures are also uploaded. The girls always look forward to going.
I would highly recommend them, for a welcoming, safe home environment.

My 2 year old had been with pansy potters for a while now and he absolutely loves it. The ladies are lovely and he has bonded with them all amazingly. I feel very comfortable dropping him off there and he's always happy to stay. He always has fun with lots to tell me when I pick him up, I can't recommend them enough!x

My ten month old son Rory has been going to Donna and Helen for around 2 months now. He is always happy to go there and greets Donna and Helen with open arms and smiles which is nice to see how he enjoys being with them. Rory is always kept busy whilst at pansy potters, playing in the playroom, or outdoors or going on trips to the park or baking! I can see what he has been up to on the baby days system that Donna uses which is lovely! Donna and Helen are both lovely friendly people and we trust them with Rory 100% I couldn't imagine leaving him with anyone else now. Rory definitely enjoys the home from home atmosphere and the homemade food that Donna provides! Overall I couldn't be happier with the level of care that Rory gets, I'm so pleased we found pansy potters and I would recommend Donna and Helen to anyone looking for childcare.

after a bad experience with childcare in the past donna and helen have gained our trust so quickly in the short time my girls have been there . they offer a loving and caring home where my children love going and are always happy to go . they always come home with a smile and always come home tired which is great as they've obviously had fun filled days .. they offer lots of activities and day trips . very very lovely women very outgoing and friendly and using donna and helen as my childcare providers has to be the best move iv'e made x ellie mai and emilee jayde absolutely adore 'nonna' and helen .. x i couldn't say a single bad word .

My 1 and a half year old has being going to pansy potters for about 8 months now. It's like a home from home experience and my daughter loves going. She has progressed so much since being at pansy potters including such things as walking and mixing with other children well. Donna
Uses a system which you can log into to find out though the day what your child is up to, what they've eaten, slept etc. This definitely puts my mind at ease and is also nice to just see what she's up too. I am more than happy with Matilda's childminding by both Donna and Helen and hope she stays here right through till school.

From day one Zach (20 months) and Charlie (10 months) were made to feel at home. For the 3 days a week that they are with Donna from 7:15 till 5:30 the boys are very well looked after. Their needs are met exceptionally well. Both Zach and Charlie have come on socially and are learning each day. Charlie was fully weaned within a week. All meals are provided by Donna and both boys love it. I particularly like being able to follow their dairy on a daily basis. The first week this really helped me to see what they had been doing, eating and any development they made. I love seeing the photo's of the boys. Donna takes the boys to play group which is important to their social development. I have no hesitation leaving the boys with her as I know they are well looked after and cared for as I would care for them. I would highly recommend Donna.

Hi I'm Amie. My son Liam has been going to Donna for a month now. And I couldn't be happier with the care Donna provides. I was a little nervous about leaving Liam with 'a stranger' at the start but from the first meeting Donna has put me and Liam at ease. Donna is no longer a stranger to us she has become someone Liam knows and someone I trust. Liam has not only become a more loving child but he eats better and his behaviour is improving. I feel confident enough in Donna that I don't contact her in the day while I work I know if there was a problem she would contact me. This is a big thing for me. Liam used to stay with a family member while I worked and I was always on the phone. Donna provides all Liam's meals while he is there all fresh home cooked meals.(excellent and easy for me as I finish work at 6.15 to get home at 7pm).
Donna uses a system called baby days which is a personal diary to each child so I can see what Liam has been doing on a daily basis.
As a very protective mum I would highly recommend Donna and the services so provides.
My happy toddler in turn makes me a a very happy mummy xxx

Hi, I'm Eden my soon to be ten month old son has been going to Donna since last November! I was very apprehensive about putting Charlie in any kind of child care as he is still young but Donna put me completely at ease after meeting her a couple of times before Charlie started with her. I can constantly keep in contact with Donna if I need to and she has often sent me pictures of Charlie during the days! Charlie really seems to enjoy his time with Donna and doesn't bat an eyelid going to her ever.
Everyday Charlie is with Donna she makes an on-line diary of his day including; what he has eaten, what he has drank, when he has slept and what his nappies have been like throughout the day. There is a development section so i can see what he has been doing in regards to moving about(crawling, standing ect) And also picture of what he has been doing!
I genuinely could not be happier with the service that Donna reliably supplies!

My twin boys have been going to Donna for 3 weeks now. Unfortunately, I had to return to work earlier than expected, when my twins were just 4 months old. I was extremely anxious at the thought of leaving my babies, but when I met Donna she instantly made me feel more at ease.
In the short time that they have been with Donna the twins have settled well. Donna writes each day in their online diary and she will often send me texts and picture messages, because she knows how much I miss them. To my delight my boys are actually having proper naps during the day now and in their cots! Prior to going to Donna's they would only cat nap on the sofa and they were irritable. Now they are much happier and easier babies because they're getting the sleep they need during the day.
As a mum and a social worker who works in child protection I think Donna is a wonderful childminder and I would thoroughly recommend her.
