A nurturing environment

Prior to visiting Angel’s Academy, we had numerous walk arounds at different Nursery’s and Pre-School’s in and around the Fleet/Harley Whitney/Basingstoke area, however after our walk around at Angel’s Academy with Sophie and Hanny, I felt confident that Angel’s Academy was the right Nursery for our son.

The atmosphere during the walk around filled me instantly with reassurance. It was evident that Sophie and Hany take great pride in their care for the children and thrive on being a part of the children’s development. My comfort in them was further imbedded by how quickly our son settled in during his ‘settling in’ sessions and how he continues to be excited for his Nursery sessions.

It is worth noting that all the staff are highly professional, and our son adores all the staff, especially his key worker Noura. He knows the team by name and waves to them in excitement when he first arrives at the Nursery in the morning. If his key worker is unavailable to come to the door, another member of staff will introduce themselves to us at the door, and our son feels confident and comfortable in their care. This is shown by the way he behaves when I pick him up, he is smiling, happy and then waves and gives them a hi-5 when he leaves their care.

As working parents, I had many worries about leaving our child with someone and for me Angel’s Nursery continue to reassure me that they are the correct Nursery to have our son attend. This ranges from their communication skills with the parents, through to how they engage with the children and have helped our son grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I worried that his kind demeanor would disappear, however this is proven to be nurtured at Angels Academy. Some examples of how I’ve seen positive behavior rewarded is when my son used the toilet for the first time, they gave him a sticker to congratulate him. He was over the moon, and it was the first thing he told me when I picked him up. Another example is when the gates wouldn’t open first thing in the morning (due to a technical issue) Noura was trying to open them and my son said ‘go on Noura, you can do it, I believe in you!’ and clapped her once she was able to open them. Afterwards he said ‘well done Noura, I knew you could do it’ which further reassures me this is the type of positive dialect the children are spoken in.

When leaving your child with someone else, it is paramount to have clear communication and Angel’s Academy do this by having a WhatsApp chat, where someone is readily available to help, as well as having an app called ‘Blossom’ where they update you daily on the child’s day and progress by providing you information of what they ate, their activities from the day and pictures. They also provide seasonal newsletters to keep you up to date with the latest from the Nursery, including any themed days they’ve planned or any new staff members.

Recently, due to further work commitments, I have had to make a last-minute change to my son’s care hours and Angel’s Academy have been understanding and accommodating in my immediate need to change the hours.

We would recommend Angel’s Academy to all our friends and family. They nurture the children in their care, by not only helping academically but also by helping them thrive creatively and by speaking to them in a kind manner.

Convenient and an incredible setting

We are incredibly grateful to Angel’s Academy for the care, support, and nurturing environment they provided for our son during his time with them, which spanned just over two years. From the very beginning, the staff have been kind, caring, and professional, making us feel confident and at ease every single day.

Their dedication to the children’s development is evident in the way they engage with them, fostering both learning and creativity. We’ve seen our son grow so much under their care—not only academically but also socially and emotionally. It is clear that they take their responsibility seriously and go above and beyond to ensure each child feels safe, happy, and valued.

As working parents, knowing that our child was in such capable and loving hands was a huge comfort to us. We were always impressed by their communication and transparency, as well as the genuine relationships they built with the children and their families.

We would highly recommend Angel’s Academy to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones. Thank you Sophie, Hany, and Noura for playing such an important role in our son’s early years—we will always remember this chapter with gratitude.

Best Child minder ever

Angel's Academy is the best ,I would recommend any parent to entrust their kids to this lovely and wonderful Couple .They took my son in who had speech delay and we immediately saw great improvement.Thank you so much Sophia and Andy💯

A Heartfelt Review for an Exceptional Childminder

I am absolutely thrilled to share my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful care that Angels Academy has provided to my child. Without a doubt, Angels Academy is a true gem in the world of childminding.

From the very beginning, it was evident that Sophie and Hany possess a unique gift for working with children. The genuine warmth, patience, and understanding make them stand out in every way. My child has developed a strong bond with Sophie and Hany, and it's heartwarming to see the excitement on my child's face when they know they're going to spend time together.

Sophie and Hany created an enriching environment that promotes both learning and play. The range of activities and experiences that my child has been exposed to is truly remarkable. I appreciate how Angels Academy tailors their approach to suit my child's interests and developmental stage, ensuring that every moment is meaningful.

Amazing Childcare Provider

Angels Academy has done an amazing job of looking after my son. Sophie and Hany are two of the most loving and caring people I have ever met. They have a true passion for childcare, and it shows in the way they interact with the children in their care.
Sophie and Hany are always coming up with new and creative activities for the children, and they make sure that every child feels special and loved.
In addition to providing excellent childcare, Sophie and Hany are also incredibly supportive of parents. They are always available to answer questions and offer advice, and they go above and beyond to make sure that parents feel comfortable leaving their children in their care.
I highly recommend Angels Academy to anyone who is looking for a loving and caring childminding service. Sophie and Hany are truly gifted with children, and they will make sure that your child has a safe, happy, and enriching experience. We're so sad to be leaving Angels but we are so grateful to Sophie and Hany for taking such good care of our son. They have made a huge difference in his life, and I know that he is lucky to have them in his corner.

Love at first sight

We visited a number of places when looking for a safe haven for our son post maternity leave.
Angel's Academy was a 'love at first sight' type of place, we immediately felt that he would be in caring, loving hands.

That instinct was proven right instantly, settling in was so easy and now we go to work every day as full time parents knowing that he cannot be happier, better fed and more inspired to learn by Sophie and Hany. There is a family feeling to Angel's Academy which we really treasure as well as lovely outdoor space that they can fully enjoy.

Sophie and Hany are so attentive to our son's needs and changes in his mood. They take the time to send photos, update us on the home made food and meticulously plan the year calendar around special events.

We cannot be happier and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who asks . Thank you so much Angel's Academy!

A childminder like no other

From the moment we met Sophie and Hany we knew this was the best place for our daughter, their love of the job shines through and the setting is warm, inviting and clean. After visiting traditional nursery’s we didn’t feel they were right due to the sheer scale of them. Our daughter has been at Angels since she was 9 months old and loves Sophie and Hany so much, which speaks volumes about how much they care for her. They work alongside the partners and the child’s routine, respecting parents wishes which is reassuring. Our daughter has thrived since being in the setting and learns so much, it’s hard to keep up. There are projects they do, following the EYFS which is wonderful as we know when she comes to go to preschool/school she’ll be up to speed. I love that there’s always something special they focus on each week. The food is exceptional and freshly prepared every day. If you are looking for an elevated home from home environment than look no further. We are so grateful for the care that Sophie and Hany give our daughter, as we can go to work knowing she’s in the safest hands and happy. She runs in the door every morning with arms open for a hug and if that doesn’t say enough I don’t know what does.

Finding Sophie and Hany was such a relief after speaking with so many prospective childcare providers that just never left us feeling confident that they were going to give all the care and attention that we wanted for our special little person. Especially as she was so young when we had to return to work, we were especially nervous to be handing her over to strangers in the middle of a pandemic. The moment we met them in person and saw the beautiful play areas they have put together for the kids with an array of activities and entertainment we were sure we were making the right choice.

We feel our daughter is in the best hands at all times and we can have open, frank conversations with Sophie and Hany regarding any concerns we may be having be it nap times, potty training or food. They are always open and helpful and also happy to lend advice which as first time parents has always been appreciated. Picture updates via WhatsApp are always welcome and brighten our day and it’s clear that the children are happy and active in a lovely setting.

Our daughter has made fantastic friends and often comments on the things they’ve done together and the delicious food that is hand prepared every day. It is clear that both Hany and Sophie really care about the kids and form great relationships with them.

Everything we hoped for!

Our son joined the Angels Academy over a year ago now and we are so happy that we were able to organise a place for him here after an initial meeting with Sophie and Hany.

We could sense straight away that they really love the children in their care and take great pride in helping them develop as well as keeping them safe and happy. We are always amazed at the new words, numbers and skills that our son picks up during his time here.

We particularly love receiving photos from Sophie and Hany and seeing our son playing with the other children, having fun with arts, crafts and other fun activities.

They have been so flexible and great with us over the last year or so and have always offered advice and guidance when needed as first time parents. They work with us and always put the children first and it’s so good to know that we can truly rely on them.

We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to other parents trying to find the perfect place for their little ones!

The perfect home from home

Our son has been with Sophie and Hany since he was 10 months old and he has thrived under their care.
He runs in happily every morning which is such a relief to know he is so happy.
Sophies food smells incredible the variety which the children are fed is amazing
I would highly recommend this setting to anyone looking for quality care
