My Summary

My Experience

I worked in a busy nursery in the centre of town for 5 years where I worked my way up to supervisor of the baby class. I absolutely loved it, however due to the vast amount of paperwork and lack of quality time spent with the children I decided to nanny. I started nannying in 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made.
I have nannied for a variety of families singletons, multiple children, twins. I try to structure our day around doing things to enhance the individual child’s learning, ability and needs while also taking in to consideration their daily routine and the requirements parents wish for me to stick to.
We get outside daily, we do crafts, I set up regular activities based on the individual child, we do swimming lessons (if only one child) kindergym, music classes, toddler groups, we meet friends, softplays, aquariums, science centre, cooking and baking to name a few things.
I’m updating this in July 2024 where I am still nannying 9 years later and still loving it just as much.

I don’t do as much babysitting as I used to since having my little one however I will still do it on occasions.

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
