Welcome to Joanne Davage Childminder – Where Every Child Feels at Home! Choosing childcare is a big decision, and as a registered childminder, I offer a warm, caring, and safe environment where your child will feel comfortable. I am Ofsted registered (EY413582) and graded 'Good' in 2025, ensuring high-quality care. My home provides personalized attention and numerous learning opportunities, promoting your child’s growth and development. I’m open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and can discuss any special requirements. My Aim as a Childminder
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for your child—one where they feel valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential as an individual.
I believe that by working closely with you, we can ensure your child receives the highest quality of care while in my setting.
While in my care, your child will enjoy a wide variety of activities designed to keep their minds active and engaged. I offer a great selection of toys, books, sand and water play, and I always keep a large stock of drawing and craft supplies on hand.
Activities will be tailored to suit your child’s age and stage of development, helping them to grow, learn, and prepare for formal education in a fun and nurturing way.
My Qualifications
Diploma in Home based childcare level 3
Ofsted Registered, CRB Check, Overnight Care, First Aid Trained
My Availability
Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 5pm. Out of hours and weekends can be arranged. Overnight care available

Jo looked after my son from 8 months till he started school. My son took to her instantly and really looks forward to going to Jos. She is great with kids. I feel happy leaving him and confident that he is being well looked after. Jo was lots of fun, sensible and down to earth. They had some great experience together. Jo is dedicated to progressing the children's leaning. Jo provided healthy foods at meal times, and was very helpful when we needed advise or needed extra hours. We recommend Jo
