About Me

I am a married mother of two and registered as a childminder in February 2014. I offer pick up and collection to Milton Primary School, including the Nursery, and also the Flying Start playgroup 'Little Owls'.

I can also offer positions to children not yet in nursery.

My Experience

Since leaving college in 1996, I have had two live-in nanny positions, each for around three years, and three live-out nanny positions. Late in 2013 I finished working for a family who I worked with for nine years.

Since 1997 I have had experience of looking after children from the ages of 2 - 15 years and of course have two boys, aged 12 years and 5 years, of my own and so have had experience with newborns too.

My Qualifications

I have 9 GCSEs at grades B and C and have a BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing. I also passed my Entry Level Welsh exam in 2009.

I have a paediatric first aid qualification, Safeguarding qualification and Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering level 2.

I am also CIW registered.

My Availability

I am happy to take on year round, holiday only or term time only contracts.
