I have a 2.5 year old daughter who goes to nursery on a Tuesday & Thursday & therefore will have availability those days, (I will also have a Wednesday available from Jan 2025) my son who was born in Jan 2024 would accompany me on those days.

My Experience

Private Family, 2022 - 2023
I have been working on a part time basis for a family who has a child the same age as my daughter, logistically has worked really well. We go to play groups, the park, long walks in the country side and I make the children nutritious meals, follow the schedule that parents have for their child (my daughter fits in around!)

I worked on an ad-hoc basis for a family who has a child the same age as my own daughter (4 months at time of placement) the dynamic worked amazingly as they both were developing at similar paces & also had a friend to play with! I would do a lot of sensory play & when it came to it, the wonderful world of weaning!

Caring for two children aged 1 & 5 at time of placement. I home schooling throughout pandemic, cooking nutritious meals, taking children to different groups, nursery duties. I have returned one day a week after having my daughter.

Cared for 1 year old boy 1 day a week. Responsible for daily routine and schedule. Communicating and learning at a appropriate developmental stage. I would have use of family car to take him to different activities or soft play.

Cared for 3 Children. Handled all transportation for drop off and collection (use of family car). Arranged various clubs & activities. Middle child has celiac therefore ensured she had correct diet. Managed active calendar, music lessons, doctors appointments & weekly shop. Ensuring I worked in a tidy & safe environment. Updating parents on what we had been up to that day and general handover.

Cared for child 2 children. Responsible for organising children’s daily schedule including school, music lessons, mealtime (managing for child with allergies) & recreational activities. Communicating with parents at the end of the day.

We used Catherin to babysit our daughter whilst at a dinner. She was very good with our daughter and our daughter remarked how nice she was. Have hesitation in recommending Catherin.
