About Me
I have 5 children 4 are grown up and the other is a 15 year old boy, after working as an assistant in nursery settings i decided to become a childminder so i can still do the school runs with my son and have carried on when now not needed for his school run lol. I enjoy gardening and cooking and love to spend time with my family. As a mum and grandmother myself i know how important good childcare at a reasonable price is. My aim is to provide good quality care for your child in a family environment. My main priority is making sure your child is safe and happy and that you as parents feel happy with leaving your child in my care, while giving your child opportunities to reach their own full potential in thier own time .
My Experience
I have worked in nursery settings for several years looking after children birth to 5 years old and having 5 children of my own and 4 grandchildren i have lots of hands on practical common sense experience. I am fully aware of the requirements of the EYFS and have worked with this throughout my nursery and childminding work.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 diploma in pre school practice, first aid training, safeguarding, risk assessment and food safety i have also attended several other training days to do with childcare and play. I am attending training regularly to extend my knowledge and to keep up to date on current thinking in childcare and learning.
My Availability
I am available 47 weeks a year monday to friday 7.30 am till 6 pm. I am closed for a week over the christmas/new year period and also close for 4 weeks during the year for holiday.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Hourly rate £5.00 per hr which includes all meals snacks and drinks. wrap around care is charged at £6.50 per hr
