Hi!
I'm an experienced, diligent & organised Nanny. Specialising in new borns & toddlers but very comfortable with children of all ages. Over the course of my 20 year career I have emphasised the importance of routine, consistency and cheerful energy to ensure the development of children's abilities to express themselves whilst maintaining discipline by re-directing in the moment with positive reinforcement while appreciating the child’s attention span and importantly validating their feelings.
I strongly believe the essential attributes of a child care professional are trust, reliability, transparency, communication and accountability.

My Experience
My previous family I was with for 14 years from.
with 3 lovely girls that are now 12/14 and 16 years old.
Unfortunately this came to an end.
Have been Ofsted registered but family I am with no longer required it.
I am still in the ofstead database.
Over the past few years my hours have changed as the girls are older so I have been filling in the hours as a mother’s help roll.
Also 3 days with a little girl from 9 months and this position will be going down to 2 days from November so will have Friday available for the taking.
Also currently with a family who have a 2 yr old boy and 4.5 yr old girl.
