About Me
Hi our names are Lynne and Andy, we are both Registered childminder's in Hedge End and would like to welcome you to Lynne & Andy's Incy Wincy Spiders childcare. We are both registered to provide the 15hrs/30hrs government funded education entitlement .
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Home Based childcare and we are both members of PACEY. We have public liability insurance and first aid trained . We have a full uk driving licence and have class 1 business insurance.
I have been a childminder for 18 years and Andrew has been my assistant for 10years and then became a registered childminder in 2017. We live in a quiet road within easy access to the M27 and Hedge End train station and Shamblehurst school. We have got a playroom for the children to use and a large log cabin where we do messy play and a range of fun and stimulating toys for different age groups. We have got a safe and secure garden which we use a lot. We have visits to the park and library which allows the children to socialise with others.
Where we live we have got a couple of parks and duck pond that we often visit.
We do school drop/pick ups and pre-school runs. The schools that we pick up from are Shamblehurst School and local pre schools in Hedge End.
We are flexible with times and days as we are parents and know that things don't always run to plan, so please call to ask about your requirements and we will try to help. We also cater for different shift patterns so please call and see if we can help.
My Experience
I am a mum and have 18 years childminding experience. We both attend regular training sessions to keep upto date. We have references from parents which can be viewed on request.
We have experience of caring for twins and young babies.
We work to the EYFS standards.
We are first aid trained and have got Public Liability insurance.
We are able to offer the 2 & 3 year old funding from the Government.(15hrs & 30hrs)

We have got availability for before and after school care from Shamblehusrt school.
We are available Mon to Fri 7.00am - 5.30pm but are flexible with the hours so please call and ask if you require earlier or later.

My daughter kaylah who is 10months old loves going to Lynne. When I drop her off she goes straight to her and is always happy when I pick her up. Lynne provides a safe, comfortable and fun environment for all the kids. I am so happy to have found her.

Our daughter Carrie was with Lynne for nearly a year but then we moved and we had to change to another child minder.Gutted beyond belief!!!
Lynne was amazing with Carrie, so kind, caring and we felt completely reassured that she was in very safe hands.
We would recommend Lynne and her husband Andrew for child care to anyone, a warm and loving environment to take your child, hands on activities and games, a great garden for outside play and Carrie was taken to toddler groups and regular visits to the library.
