About Me
Hello and welcome to Funny Bunnies
Im Beth Du-Prat, Im a fully qualified childminder in Hook Hampshire. I have two children, Neve aged 15 and Callum aged 18.
I run a family orientated childminding business, and pride myself on the high standard of care given. At Funny Bunnies we provide a fun and stimulating environment for all our children to thrive.
I understand that all children require individual attention and respond better to a positive attitude and loving environment. I believe that working with the parents rather than as separate entities allows for excellent quality of care and strong friendships. I offer all the children the love and support a family environment brings.
I believe in learning through play for our preschool children, and I support our school aged children in the learning journey they are already on.
I'm based within walking distance of both Hook Infant and Junior schools, and all of Hooks playgroups. We live in a 3 bedroom house, with a lovely secure garden and have a newly finished playroom. We have a lovely friendly dog we also have 1 guinea pig and a snake to add to our family.
My Experience
Im a registered childminder, and have been childminding now for 14 years and I love my job. Childcare is in my blood as I grew up in a nursery enviroment with my mum who ran a private nursery in hook.
My Qualifications
Funny bunnies is an OFSTED registered child care provider in Hook, Hampshire. I'm fully insured through the National Childminding Association (N.C.M.A) as well as a member. All relevant medical checks have been completed, and have a full CRB. I have completed and passed a full pediatric first aid course. I have completed my Diploma in Home-Based Childcare and achieved an A in this.
