Hello, my name is Leigh. I live in Hainault, I have over 10 years experience and excellent references.
I’m looking for either one Friday a week, or Thursdays and Fridays- full term nanny position. No before and after school roles.
l have experience working with children from 3 months to teenagers. I have a variety of SEN experience. I am a reliable, enthusiastic and caring person, I absolutely love working with children! I am also tidy, organised and am happy to help with any and all household tasks as well as cooking nutritious meals. I drive and have my own car. I like pets, so would be happy to work for a family with dogs. I think I could fit in well and help a busy family life run smoothly. Please get in touch if this is something that you are looking for.
My Experience
My past experience includes working in a private day nursery in as a senior nursery nurse, running the 0-1's department. Previously I was a nanny for three children aged 10-16 years, and worked with them for over 7 years. I'm also involved in a home schooling program working one to one with an child who has autism. Which I’ve done one day a week for 11+years.
I babysit for multiple families when needed, all of whom would be happy to provide excellent references.
In my spare time a volunteer with the cinnamon trust dog walking, as well as helping at a chigwell riding trust which is horse riding stables for children at adults with special needs.
My Qualifications
I have a CACHE level 3 in childcare and education, which I achieved at a grade B. A level 2 certificate in behaviour that challenges in children. I have training in paediatric and youth first aid, a level 2 award in food safety in catering. I have a DBS check, as well as previous East Kent fire safety training and safeguarding awareness. I am also OFSTED registered.
My Availability
Im looking for full days, one Friday a week.
Or Thursdays and Fridays.
I am happy to do occasional evening babysitting (with prior notice)
