About Me
My name is Sheryl and I am a Ofsted registered Childminder. I live with my Husband Andy and 3 of our 4 children, we have a warm and welcoming house that any child and parent would be made to feel very welcome in. We have a pet tortoise, 4 cats and a rabbit that the children enjoy feeding and petting. We have a secure garden for the children to play in with a playhouse along with equipment for sand and water play. As well as a secure tarmac area at the front for the children to play with trikes and ride on toys. Inside there is a large playroom full of toys and many resources for arts and craft activities. We also enjoy lots of trips out to various places, for example, feeding the ducks, local farms, library, parks, paddling pools, indoor playareas and the airport.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for nearly 15 years after first registering in 2009. I have previous nursery experience and 4 children of my own, a 22 year old son (2002), 21 year old daughter (2003), 13 year old daughter (2011) and our youngest son age 10 (2014).
My Qualifications
NVQ 2 Early Years Care & Education,
ICC Course,
Paediatric & Early Years First Aid Trained,
Level 2 Trained in Food Safety,
CACHE Level 3 Diploma gained in 2013.

I AM REGISTERED TO OFFER FUNDED CHILDCARE PLACES FOR CHILDREN FROM THE AGE OF 9 MONTHS THROUGH TO SCHOOL AGE.
My Availability
My hours are 8am - 6pm
Monday - Friday.
Longer hours are negotiable.
PLEASE NOTE: During term time Friday's availability is only for the morning school run.
