Waste of Time

I wouldn’t waste your time contacting. They say one thing and then change it.
They let you know they will be in contact for a visit and then they aren’t so you have to chase them.
Sounds like they’ve got too many spinning plates with no real management structure.
Agreed days which were available which were then given away a day later to someone else.
Very glad we never went through with this person.

We gave uou Availability at the time of your enquiry we do try fit in visits best we can but unfortunatly we have had children settling in past few weeks and activities outings planned and wasn't able to give you visit straight away . The children in our care come first and like any new child they are given full attention to help settle into new environment and could mot offer you a visit whilst settling children
I did contact you last week with available days/times we could do your visit but you were away on holiday and couldn't make it .I also explained was half term this week you returned and were only open few days and couldnt do any visit till week after.
In regards to comment about agreed days although you wanted thf 2 dsys i had available no agreement was signed between us we were asked by family already in contract with us to change her day and we give priority to.families already with us which I explained to you I also offered you 1 alternative day and the second day of your choice was still available childcare availability does change all the time added sessions, reduced sessions ,change days,school leavers which is when space opens up

5 star childminder

I moved my 15 month old from their nursery because he wasn't coping very well, I saw another few childminders but Siobhan and Ellie just seemed perfect. Benjamin seemed so settled during settling sessions and it's only his first week but he's already so much better in comparison to the nursery, hes eating his meals, hes content and I just love the personal 1-1 he gets with Siobhan. He loves cuddles and i just know I've made the best decision for my little boy! I'm also really loving getting photos and videos of him, it's so nice to see what he gets up to. Thanks so much Siobhan and Ellie xx

Couldnt be happier!

My littleone started at 9 months old and just seemed so settled and happy straight away! I visited a number of childminders when choosing someone to care for him an I am so confident the right decision was made. I love the professionalism of bstars and the facilitys are the best I came across.
I moved my daughter (age 4) out of her preschool to be with Sibohan an Ellie and I am so glad I did. She comes home so exicted to tell me all about her day and actually gets excited to go - such a big contrast to how she was whe attending preschool! And I love getting the pictures and videos of what they have been upto it feels like im not missing out too much.

Thank you both doing really well settled into our setting with no problem like always been with us both made friends I'm glad she tells you her day she has great imagination little artist tells a story to the pictures she draws we love it !!
Hes also becoming so confident got his own little personality already and always full of smiles x

Wonderful Childminder

Both my children attend Brightstars Childminding and we cannot recommend it enough. My children are happy and are genuinely excited to attend. The intimate setting allows the children to develop and follow the EYFS framework giving them the best start before going to school. The holiday cover is also fantastic and a massive help to us.

Thank you loved having them both over past few years hope he settled into school well and enjoying it ! It was sad and emotional to see them leave after so long watching him develop from young age to leaving us for school life he has great little personality confident clever little boy with his passion for dinosaurs too

Ellie and her friend done an absolutly fantastic job looking after my 2 babys I couldnt recommend enough! even my kids loved her an thats sayin alot! Will defo be hiring her again she was brilliant

Couldn't be happier!

Siobhan has looked after my little boy since he was 8 months old. He is now 23 months and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives! Going back to work and leaving my precious baby was a daunting thought. Choosing Siobhan to look after him full time was definitely not a choice I regret making. Frankie is extremely happy, has learnt so much and visits lots of places. It is clear that Siobhan and megan look after and care for all of the children in their care as if they were their own.
Theyve had Christmas parties for the children, visits from Santa and the Easter bunny! I couldn't be happier with the care my baby receives and would absolutely recommend bright stars to any parent out there. Thanks Siobhan and megan!

Definitely recommend

My son has been going here for good few weeks and I am so happy. He has really came out of himself. He does everything you would expect in nursery and more. He brings me pictures home and always asks to go on days he's not there as we walk past everyday. Definitely here for the long hold. Very happy with how he's looked after especially as he's dairy free.

Started with Siobhan this week as my previous childminder let me down. Was short notice with only a few days between meeting Siobhan and her having my kiddies. She picked them up from school on time and even gave them there tea (huge help when you've been training all day and have 0 energy by time you get home). Her family are very warming and it is a good setting for children, clean, tidy, well stocked with kiddy stuff and meals kiddies are happy with. Siobhan's flexibility is great especially when your going in to the care profession. We will definitely be using Siobhan for our future childcare needs when I start my job

This has been my first time leaving my 16 month old son thomas with a childminder as i usually leave him with his grandparents plus he is my first child. After registering with childcare.co.uk and i after i set up my profile, siobian from bstars contacted me straight away and as she only lives 10 minute walking distance from me it was really handy to drop thomas off and the bus stop to work was right by her street. Since siobian has taken on thomas he has developed fantastically, she kept me regularly updated on what thomas has learnt, what activities they did, places they visited and what he had for lunch and dinner, i was very impressed with her menu for thomas which included healthy, nutrious meals and snacks of fruit and veg, which i have taken inspiration from. Siobian and her family have been very warm, friendly and welcoming to me and thomas, recently one of siobian's children had a birthday party which she invited us to and me and thomas had a great time and felt like friends of her family, her children adore thomas and get excited when i bring him over. Thomas settled in really well with siobian, she is very attentive, patient, caring, responsible and loving towards thomas and i felt safe in the knowledge that i can trust her and thomas always came home happy, i would definetley use siobian again when i hopefully find the right job with the right hours and return to work :-)
