Hi, I’m Chrissy, a qualified and experienced childminder based in Belsize Park. Together with my amazing team of three assistants, I provide a safe and stimulating environment for children, following the EYFS framework. We enjoy a variety of fun activities, from baking and arts and crafts to rhyming sessions and outings to local parks, libraries, gyms, and more!

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
Depending on the hours which the child will be attending my place. Discounts are available on the number of Siblings. We are open 50 weeks through out the year and we take 2 weeks off for Christmas.

Words can’t describe how wonderful Chrissi and her team is. Being a first time mum, not from the UK and away from her family, Chrissi provided so much stability and security for me. I had to go back to work after 8 months and she made it easy for me to feel comfortable to leave my baby with her. From the moment I met her, I was immediately put at ease with her calm and sure demeanour. You can tell that she’s been doing this a long time and that she loves doing it.
My daughter absolutely adored going there and would literally leap out of my arms to Chrissi with the biggest smile every morning. She does so much with the kids and places individual attention on each of them. Truly the best. I worry that I’ll never be able to find a new child minder like her. We only left because we had to move and I literally cried.
10/10 - 5 stars - the best.

Chrissy has looked after our son since he was 13 months old. He is now over 3.5yrs old, and we are reluctantly leaving due to moving out of the area.
I wish we could stay (or take Chrissy with us!).
It has been wonderful to see our son go from non-verbal to chatting about his day and all the varied and engaging activities he's been taking part in. Chrissy does so much with the children, for example: baking, gardening, trips to the zoo, parks, Heath, museums, rhyme times, ballet, city farm, not to mention the arts, crafts and other educational activities in her home (which is set up like a mini nursery).
Chrissy had continued to improve her setting over the years we've been with her, for example improving the outside space. She is also proactive in buying or making new resources to support the growing interests of her children (for example putting solar system pictures up for our son).
We found Chrissy by accident (when a nursery place fell through), and now I couldn't be more grateful for that twist of fate.
With no family locally, Chrissy has been a huge part of our son's early years. We will be forever grateful for the love, care and devotion she has shown at all times. Chrissy will be remembered fondly and missed enormously. If only we didn't have to move.

Being new to London, I was nervous about leaving my son with a childminder. However, Chrissy quickly put my worries to rest. She has a wonderful way of settling children and has been instrumental in helping my son become less fussy with food. The trips they took were always exciting and educational, and I always see how much my son enjoyed them. Overall, I'm so grateful to have found Chrissy. She's provided excellent care for my son, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any parent seeking a loving and nurturing environment for their child.

Chrissy is the most wonderful childminder. Both my girls have been cared for by Chrissy since they were less than 12 months old and even when we moved to a totally different part of london I continued to drive them all the way there as I trusted Chrissy to look after them over all the other childcare settings I visited. Chrissy’s house is a proper little home. The girls greet her with open arms and can’t wait to get inside which is exactly what you want to see when you drop your children off. They receive lots of love and have lots of fun enjoying her huge amount of toys, varied games and creative activities and sweet outdoor play area. She cooks healthy home made organic food everyday, (no processed rubbish like many nurseries). Chrissy is extremely kind and so flexible, making life as easy as possible for working parents. She takes the stress out of childcare arrangements. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Our son has spent 1 and a half years at Chrissy's setting, and it has been wonderful experience from day one. When we started, it was a very easy settling-in period - it was our boy's first time in any kind of childcare setting having just turned one years old and he settled in very easily.
Since then he has loved going to Chrissy's and clearly has a lot of fun with the range of activities they do at hers - weekly baking (they take what they make home with them...how cute!), art, crafts, sensory play, visiting local playgrounds, Parliament Hill paddling pool, the library, the city farm and more. I can see that Chrissy regularly replenishes the toys and activities she has, and also nicely sets them up for the children each day. Chrissy is clearly very knowledgeable in looking after children and has a wealth of experience. When we potty trained out boy, for example, Chrissy straighforwardly continued the process that we had started at home.
We are only leaving Chrissy because we are moving to a different part of London. My boy is certainly very sad to leave her (and the little friends he has made there), as are we!

Chrissi and her team are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them!! We felt welcome from the first moment. This childminder has a big heart und really cares for your little one(s). They provide a stunning variety of activities for the kids (baking, crafting, cooking, trips to the zoo, playground, sensory play, reading, rhyme time etc) as well as self-cooked food which my son really enjoyed. My little one came to Chrissi with 10 months - and settled-in immediately. In the mornings he gets welcomed with a big smile and a hug. At pick-up he's always happy and had a great time.
Another plus I'd like to mention is Chrissi's flexibility when I needed different/longer hours. She always made it possible - even on very short notice!
So lucky we found her!!

We sent our 7-month-old daughter to Chrissi. As this was our first time sending our daughter to childcare, we were a bit nervous, but after we saw that our daughter was so happy at Chrissi's we immediately felt at ease. Chrissi always did a fantastic job and we felt that our child was in a loving and caring environment where she could explore, learn and grow. She greated us each morning with a big smile and gave Ellie a big hug. She always very kind and considerate to us. I would highly recommend Chrissi to any other parents.

My little girl has been with Chrissy and her team since September. Chrissy was absolutely amazing during the settling in process; very accommodating, nurturing and reassuring as I panicked about going back to work and having to leave my baby for the first time.
The setting was what drew us in instantly. We loved that it was like an intimate little nursery. Lots of different activities set up, personalised space on walls with pictures of family for the children. A nice space for babies to sleep in cots upstairs with baby monitors although Chrissy was also very flexible about adjusting to my little girl’s needs as at the time she was still breastfed and contact napped! She adjusted very well with Chrissy’s help.
The food is also amazing, home cooked and healthy hot meals and snacks throughout the day.
They do follow EYFS so take part in lots of stimulating activities, and they attend a rhyme time at the local library once a week. There is a small outdoor space and they take them to the park which is good to know.
Chrissy and her team have been very attentive, helpful and flexible and we will be sad to say goodbye as we move on.
The one bit of constructive feedback we would give would be related to communication as there is a bit of a language barrier.

I went to see this place today. I can’t believe this is the same place that gets so many good reviews. I don’t want to bias anyone so do go check it out for yourself but I personally wouldn’t want to send my children there

This is our first month with Chrissi and I couldn’t be happier. She and her team are so kind and helpful. My daughter loves going there.
They keep me updated with her daily activities what she eats ..etc and they even send daily pictures which makes me feel assured about how she spends her time there.
I also like how they are accommodating and welcoming when it comes to extra days or hours.
