About Me
September 2025 Funded Places Available.. . Hi my name is Clare , I'm a Ofsted registered childminder based in Latchford near Westy Park.
I am mother of four, 3 daughters and a son , and have been married to my husband for 27 years. We also have pet cats and fish.
Ive been registered with Ofsted for 20 years and got another ‘Good’ grading on my recent inspection in February 2024.
I consider myself to be very friendly, calm, reliable, responsible, caring , fun and very flexible .
I have a large secure rear garden with lots of outdoor toys suitable for all ages , including swings , slides , playhouse and sand and water table , inside my home we have a downstairs toilet and large living room with a huge selection of toys for all ages , and lots of art, colouring and painting equipment .
My fees are £4.50 a hour or £4.00 for a sibling , day rate is £40 (8AM- 5PM), I will be offering the new 9 month old and upwards funding and also the 2 and 3 year funding , I also work term time only at the moment.
I offer a hot cooked meal for a extra £1 per child a day , all other snacks and lunch are included in my fees as well as wipes , but nappies , baby food/milk have to be supplied .
Im based in Westy/Latchford area, I collect children from Alderman and Bolton school and possibly St Augustine’s depending on the collection time clashes.
I love all things outdoors, and especially in the spring /summer/autumn the children get lots of chances to help me in the garden growing pumpkins and other plants and flowers, we also do a lot of walking , and outings to feed the ducks, and trips to Victoria or Westy park and we regularly go to Westy Sure Start Play Centre.
My hours of opening are 7:15AM - 5.30PM mon - fri .

Ive been a fully registered childminder with ofsted for 19 years and have fully completed the early years training .

English, maths , history , cooking , biology , Information technology and computing, business studies ( all O levels)
And of course im a full time mum also :)
My Availability
Places available from September, I collect from Alderman and Bolton School and St Augustines in Latchford , I am open from 7:15am - 5.30pm (closed bank holidays and four weeks a year for family holidays which I will give u plenty of notice about )

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
I charge £4.50 a hour , £4.00 sibling, and £40 daily rate (8AM - 5PM) .
Also don't charge for when u or I am on holiday as long as arranged in plenty of notice x
